Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious rooms and the overall serenity of the hotel. The staff were consistently courteous and polite, and the entire property was impeccably clean. The peaceful and beautiful atmosphere made my visit truly relaxing. Additionally, I appreciated how well-maintained the facilities were, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel enhanced my experience.

Cons:

Parking should be complimentary for your guests, not subject to daily charges. While your staff courteously arranged parking for me, this should be standard practice. In my experience, most hotels do not charge their guests for parking. The breakfast is too expensive.

Pros:

Hôtel dans un lieu atypique, au milieu d’une université.
Il y avait peu de monde.
L’emplacement près de l’union market, très animé.
La proximité de la ville. Nous avons pu visiter Washington à pied, il faut quand même prévoir de bien marcher.

Cons:

La chambre un peu austère.
Le petit déjeuner payant et très cher (30 dollars par personne all inclusive).
Le manque de parking gratuit.

Great staff clean hotel I would recommend anyone to stay there.
Pros:

I was greeted by a lady as soon as I got there and she had the best hospitality I have seen in a while from hotel staff.

Cons:

I wish the ac/heater blew more air out when it was on high but it wouldn’t discourage me from staying there again.

I can tell you, if I came to DC again, I would check into this same hotel. It's quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

Polite and helpful staff, cleanliness in the rooms and hotel. There are recreation areas not only in the hotel, but also on the university area. Convenient bus schedule that takes you to Union Station, the main artery of the city, free of charge. It is safe to walk around the university grounds where the hotel is located, as there is a police car shuttling around

Location was very good. Quiet area being within university campus. Staff were excellent, especially Andre who helped us a lot.

Cons:

Could be difficult getting in and out of campus when walking as many of gates were locked. Just had to walk back to main gate.
