The bistro restaurant at the hotel will be closed from November 20, 2025-January 4, 2026. Meals, including breakfast will not be available during this time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Loved the campus and the hospitality of the hotel staff. Special shoutout to Robert at the front desk. He really made our day by being attentive and thoughtful despite working through the night. Great location. Close to Union market and all the public transport.

It was so nice to have a long day of sightseeing, and to come back to a nice, serene hotel facility.
Pros:

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the smell and general aesthetics. The location was perfect for catching the metro at Union Station, and the free bus shuttle to Union Station and back was the icing on the cake!
The rooms were clean, bathroom was nice, bed was also very comfortable. Having real coffee cups and water glasses provided in the room was a nice touch. Having a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and lock box was also very nice.

Cons:

The only thing lacking was a restaurant facility to eat at. Other than that, it was a perfect stay, and I would recommend.

ユニオンステーション行き無料シャトルバスを利用できて大変便利です。徒歩3分のところには大規模なフードコートがあり、安くて美味しい食事を楽しむことができます。ホテルは新しく、広く、清潔で設備が整っていて、大学構内にあるのでセキュリティは抜群です。

Cons:

シャワーの水量が少ない点が唯一の欠点でした。
