A good hotel in a very convenient location for shopping and sightseeing.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great spot for sightseeing and day trips being near the castle and the station. My room had a lovely view of the castle. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent featuring many local specialties.

Cons:

I stayed in 2 different rooms when I was there and the second one was a little tired although that may have been reflected in the price - which was very reasonable.

Pros:

Uitzicht aan de voorkant. Frisse vrolijke inrichting. Trams en bussen stoppen om de hoek. Vriendelijk personeel.

아주 만족합니다.
Pros:

마쓰야마역 주변이 아니지만 바로 앞 버스정류장이 있고 편의점이 있어 이용하기에 좋았어요. 다만 기치를 탈때는 10분정도 걸어가야해서 좀 불편했고, 긔 외는 좋았어요. 시설도 깨끗하고 청소상태도 청결하고 침대도 편안해여. 온처닝 있다면 정말 10점이상 줄 것 같아요. 온천이 조금 아쉬워요

少しトラブルがありましたが、お部屋の移動等、大変親切に対応くださいました。

Cons:

良くなかったというわけではありませんが、提携駐車場の料金分のチケットをいただけず（金額が足りず）、精算時に慌てました。

お城と月が綺麗でした。

Cons:

洗面台の水を出そうとすると、金具自体がすぐ外れてしまいます。
取れた金具をまた取り付けで、そーっと気を付けて上に持ち上げないと、水が出せません。
この作業が、面倒でした。
（6階エレベーター近くの部屋）

フロントのスタッフの方の対応は、感じのいい方と、素っ気ない方がいらっしゃいます。

値段も安くお風呂も個室のわりに広くて綺麗でした。ちなみに和室にとまりました。食事は外のお店を利用しましたが近場にありとても美味しく満足でした。
