Pros:

The breakfast was great. The receptionist was very informative and convinced us to stay another night since their was a storm in NY.

Cons:

I did not like that coffee was not offered at the entrance while you check in. The pool had a lot of Chlorine , it became uncomfortable

Gostei do quarto amplo, cama grande, confortável, roupas de cama limpas bem arrumadas todos os dias, toalhas trocadas e bem lavadas.

kind staff and work put into the common areas but room and especially bathroom was disappointing

the staff was polite and kind, good breakfast

Cons:

wall coverings peeling off the wall by the tub in large chunks, other people's hair in the tub, hot water was hard to regulate in the tub. lots of dark drop-like black staining on the carpet
