Cigarette burns on the carpet, old and chipped furniture the lamps outlets couldn't hold the prongs to charge my phone. The room did not look anything like the picture of it online I even went downstairs to upgrade. I had a suit and I offered to pay more money to get a better room and they told me that all the rooms look the same, horrible.

The bed was great ! Folks at reception were so kind and helpful. Airport Shuttle .

Cons:

Cleaners removed our shower curtain and forgot to put it back. One called to the front desk fixed it .

Last night before early departure
Pros:

My wife and I were ending up our busy weekend, and had an early departure the next morning. The hotel has an airport shuttle, and that’s why we stayed here. However, due to an early departure, they will order an Uber, which went very well. It’s free, and very reliable. The hotel was comfortable, and we enjoyed our brief stay there. I was not able to check out the surroundings, but if you are looking for a reasonable stay before departing Providence, I would recommend this hotel.
