The staff was wonderful. I traveled with my 84 year old mother, who has Parkinson. They were great in helping her. They even helped her with her plate at the free breakfast.

The breakfast was good for the first 2-3 days. Location was good.

Cons:

For persons staying a week or more the breakfast needs to be more flexible. Having the same options for the week was a huge turn off. Yes it was complimentary but variety would increase the ratings

snowed out of my house from the storm had to get a room. The first room smelled like an ashtray so after I complained, he gave me a great suite which was lovely but still the hotel is very dated.

The breakfast was great. The receptionist was very informative and convinced us to stay another night since their was a storm in NY.
