Great location
Pros:

Location, room design and layout, customer service staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Cleaning standards were not great. Found old coffee pods in the machine, and there were some stains in the tub and shower.

Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff. We travelled with elderly parents. Staff made every thing possible to make our stay comfortable

Overall, it was a great stay!
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was very near the Niagara State Park. We could literally just walk back and forth from the hotel to the Niagara falls.

Staff super kind. Upgraded because room we booked wasn't ready. Gave us free parking. Dining room was pretty. Fine continental breakfast even though off season.

Comfortable convenient short stay doing everything we wanted
Pros:

The property was clean, decorated well and conveniently located for The state park visit and a walk over the Canadian border.

Cons:

The rooms were on the small side. 4 people in a double standard was very crowded, however we were only there for 2 nights
