Parking was just a few spots. Niagara Falls parking has meter system that is horrible. Got a ticket day one.

Great hotel to stay in will visiting the falls.
Pros:

Very well kept hotel. Cleanest hotel we have been to so far. Hade a large tv which was great for watching the penn state game and the rooms furniture and bathroom were all up to date and very clean. Very happy with our stay

Cons:

Great hotel inside and out but there parking isn’t very good but they do validate your parking when using the lot behind the hotel.

the stay was fair.. we booked indirectly no free breakfast for us thats hassle

clean room towels and bed sheets are clear white

the receptionist not that warm there is no
toothbrush toothpaste and the dirty empty bottle of water is still in the room ..incomplete orientation for first timer like us

Pros:

The location was closer to the casino than the customer service dept told us. The hotel is very clean. The booking site say deposit of $250. The customer service dept said a deposit of $150 but when we checked in the front desk told us a deposit of $50. Which we have not gotten back yet. It was my birthday and they also gave me a bottle of champagne. The breakfast is mild. I did not go by my husband did. Said simple things like bagels and danishes. Overall I will definitely be staying again. Great price. Room also have fridge and microwave.

Although we parked right at the door. I feel like we got lucky. Parking could be more available
