Pros:

The location was pretty good. The reception at desk was very nice and always had a smile. The food was okay.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the room was not very good. There was coffee splattered all down the wall and all over the bathroom door which was ignored and not cleaned. The grout in bathroom was full of crud. You could see the true grout color on the edge of the floor. We had to lay towels down to step on while we had no shoes. The rug in room i don't think was ever cleaned( it felt greesy on bare feet). The bedding had a slight smell of body odor along with dark marks that looked like the bedding hasnt been changed. While we were there, the washer broke and when i requested more towels and washcloths, they did mention that. They were able to get me towels asap. When we went to use them, they smelt very musky(the first towels were not like that). The microwave was visibly wiped down with dirty rag or dirty cleaning water. Also the parking was confusing and we ended up in the wrong lot i guess?? They fixed the problem pretty quickly but stated we were supposed to get an email with qr code( not to print out a card) for the lot and we never did get that email. When we went to leave the qr code they had to send me, was not working. I then had to call the lot assistant number during a down pour. She quickly came to our rescue and helped us(not part of hotel) but the inconvenience of all this was a mess. We simply just wanted a break and relax but i truly couldn't.

Pros:

Front desk checking in she was nice and friendly, and told us about the property. The room was nice! Loved the balcony. Also checking out I think his name is Frank he helped us get a cab to the airport.

When with this small misunderstanding we will definitely be back
Pros:

We stay at this property all the time. We love the fact that the rooms have balconies and is located in a great spot.

Cons:

Usually we get a balcony room but this time for some reason we didn’t. The front desk agent assisted us and put us in a balcony room but once we got to the room because of the location there actually was no balcony but there was a jet tub.

Pros:

Location is great and nice staff. Good restaurant attached, Seva. But the hours were inconsistent, and moved slow even with no one in the restaurant.

Cons:

Had to ask for large towels TWICE. And when the shower area was cleaned it had marks on the floor.

Pros:

Location, room design and layout, customer service staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Cleaning standards were not great. Found old coffee pods in the machine, and there were some stains in the tub and shower.
