Tamara is hands down the best part of the Holiday Inn experience. She has a presence that makes you feel welcomed. She’s patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is fine but Tamara is what makes it feel like a home away from home.

After the issue with registration the visit went well. The facility was bright and well appointed. The room was comfortable and the staff for the most part helpful. At registration was not interested in assisting me with my issue. The manager was front an center on fixing my issue and was extremely helpful.

Location, and apologetic staff!
Price Gauging! Too Much for a Handicapped room!, No power to TV and frontroom lamp!, No exhust fan in the bathroom, Low water-pressure in bathroom.
Due to purpose for my visit (family @ Mary Washington Hospital), ALL front desk staff was demonstrated exemplary customer and hospitality service. Specifically, wanted to thank LINDA (FRONT DESK) and Front Service Staff for warm and professionalism during our staff! Made out stay away from home very very welcoming! Much gratitude and continued professional growth!
There were not many things did not like - only two suggestion for housekeeping: please check lamps and lightening to make sure working properly! The cleanliness of the room beyond expectations! Thank you to the housekeeping staff!
Second suggestion applying AAA discount, setup away customer/guest can get this discount applied to original cost of room. Thank you!!
