Good accommodations, bad service.
Pros:

Nice furniture, linens and lighting.

Cons:

They billed me for my stay despite the fact that it was already paid for. No one answers the phone. Also the key card got deactivated by mistake.

Great place to stay and the hot breakfast was a plus.
Pros:

Ashley at the check in desk was absolutely amazing. We had a problem with rooms because of a booking.com issue. She with the help of her manager was able to resolve the problem.

Comfortable and Spacious Room
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious! The eggs were seasoned well and the potatoes were flavorful. It was a wonderful start to my day!

Cons:

I was a bit concerned that the caulking around the tub in the shower appeared to be worn. That was my only concern. However, the bathroom was clean.
