We were there at dinner time and attendant said fryer was broken (Saturday night) the next morning a different attendantsaid the fryer was not broken. Bathtub was too tall to be safe and the glazepeeling off

Pros:

Propreté de la chambre et lit confortable. Coin cuisine dans la chambre nous donnait un espace supplémentaire.

Cons:

Pas possible de rentrer dans la chambre avec la carte car carte non fonctionnelle (problème généralisé dans tout l’hôtel). Dans la chambre, il y avait seulement 3 serviettes fournies alors que nous étions 4. De plus, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner car l’eau était très froide étant donné que la pièce de la piscine était non chauffée. Finalement, il faut payer pour le déjeuner alors que normalement, il est inclut dans le prix de la chambre. Nous sommes de fidèles clients de la bannière un Holiday Inn, mais c’est la première fois que nous sommes autant déçus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay the location was good and easy to find however not pleased with the 2 hours the leaf blower

Location, restaurant lower level rooms were comfortable. Comfortable beds. Nice staff very accommodating

Cons:

After a 7 hour drive all we wanted to do was nap when we checked in at 3 pm however the maintenance leaf blower was out front and the noise and vibration from the blower made it impossible to rest. Information on how to use the in room safe was locked inside the safe when I called down for help I was told I had to wait till the morning. We were only there one night so this was upsetting.
