Pros:

The hotel was in close proximity to an attraction we were going to and not far from Richmond. Staff were accommodating when I asked for a 3rd floor room.

Cons:

The room wasn't really clean. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, sofa stained and the mattress was OLD and stained...I didn't realize this until the day we were leaving...YIKES!!

I’m glad we only stayed there overnight.
Pros:

Location and the lobby was nice.

Cons:

Staff was exceptionally creepy and rude when we checked in. The room was overpoweringly smelly like mold and mildew. The couch, it was a king suite, had mismatched weird fabric on the bottom cushions. The vending machine took my money and when I told that to staff, they said they would get back to me and never did.

Nous n’avons pas pris de déjeuner, car nous avons trouvé une coquerelle dans la chambre. Et le planché de la salle de bain était en très mauvais état.

Staff are friendly. Facilities, very clean. Breakfast was very nice. It’s by a truckstop but still felt very safe.

was surposed to get room with 2 beds 3 people, they had to change room after after argument they where not happy. room was not very clean headboard,shower needed some serious cleaning instead of fast wipe and go, Free breakfast was stale and old
