I would say mediocre. However, the woman who checked us in was delightful

We were house-hunting and the location was ideal for our purposes
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. The rooms were very quiet.

Cons:

An ice machine for patrons use would have been nice, having to bother and tip staff for a bucket of ice was a surprise. The doors to the rooms were very heavy; my wife had a hard time with them.

Kelly was absolutely amazing! Customer service from everyone we met was top notch. The facility was clean everywhere we went. Breakfast from the bistro was wonderful.

Very welcoming and the room was SUPER clean!!
Pros:

First of all, the staff is great! I've stayed here several other times before and they all remembered us. I was very pleased with that. We had ordered pizza the first night and I was taking the pizza box out to the trash can and the maintenance tech offered to help me with it and took the box from me and disposed of it for me. He was so nice. Our room was SUPER clean. I stayed in Rm #316 and was so so happy that it was so clean and the a/c was working property. I had no issues. Shout out to Apollo, Jackie and the maint tech who took my pizza box!

Cons:

Nothing. I was super happy with my room and the customer service I received. This is my hotel of choice in Tallahassee.
