Pool was excellent. Our 3 year old spent hours having fun over the weekend. Staff was very pleasant and made sure we had the correct room for our family make up.

There is some brown coloered stain in the toilet. I asked to clean up or change the room next morning. when I came back, they did not fix it nor remove it, and did not change the room because of full booking. if you imagine the brown color stain in the toilet whenever you used the bathroom, you understand what I feel like for two nights. it is terrible experience. crews are pretty nice and housekeeping was good. this is totally disaster of management. the supervisor should be blamed.

Arrived and pool and hot tub were both out of order. The whole reason we booked this hotel was to use their facilities. A/C in our room wasn’t working, hotel lost power and then the next morning had NO water! We couldn’t even brush our teeth or take a shower. We rented two rooms and paid so much money to not even have the basic necessities. Breakfast was not good on top of everything else.

Nice Clean Room, Loves Dogs
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was in good shape. I brought my dog and the staff was kind to him, there was even a "house dog" which is nice to see when traveling. Would stay again.
