Great location and price. Best breakfast.
Pros:

The location is perfect for us. Right in frint of Metro statiton, line 4. Also 3 bus routes passing by. 2 minutes away from larger Denfert-Recherau station, where there are more options.
The street is very bice and has plenty of basic shops like Sephora and Monoprix.
The breaksfast was by far one of the best i have seen. Wide choices and tasty.

The elevator was very small but it was managable
