Good location and cleanliness, but extremely small rooms and limited facilities
Pros:

The hotel is well located, with proximity to Montparnasse, metro and RER connections, as well as many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and it was nice to have a coffee and tea machine available. I stayed on the 6th floor and even had a small balcony, which allowed me to catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower—definitely a highlight.

Cons:

However, the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. To open my luggage, I had to move the bed to one side, and then I couldn’t fully open the door. It would be extremely difficult for two people to manage in such a limited space. The bathroom was also very tiny. The lift fits only one person with luggage, and having just one elevator can be inconvenient, especially in the morning when you either wait a long time or end up walking up or down several floors. I had booked a room with breakfast, but this was also disappointing. The selection was limited, and the breakfast area itself was too small to accommodate all guests comfortably.
Overall, the location and cleanliness are positives. These conditions might be acceptable for a 3-star hotel, but they are disappointing for a 4-star standard.

Déçu par les prestations
Pros:

Le lit était très bien ainsi que l’emplacement

Cons:

Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et la deco était très kitch. La lampe du miroir grossissant ne fonctionnait pas non plus.
