Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and always helpful. When I asked to switch rooms because the first one smelt musty because of damp, they did it straight away without fuss.

Cons:

The first room we were given had some damp and smelt very musty. Luckily we could switch rooms as my husband and son are both asthmatic so the damp would have exacerbated this and we wouldn’t have been able to stay there.

Cons:

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, in particolare il lavabo. Assenza del bidet. Vano doccia con piano scivoloso e pericoloso!

Die Lage ist Top, die Metro ist direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Puh, die Bilder haben leider nichts mit der Realität gemeinsam. Treppenhaus und Flure sind echt abgeranzt. Das Zimmer war okay, aber die Klobrille und einzelne Elemente waren so gelb und vergilbt, dass wir am liebsten Reißaus nehmen wollten. Nach der Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde es ausgetauscht. Frühstück? Geht lieber in eine der vielen Boulangerien um die Ecke. Es ist kaum Platz unten und sehr spartanisch. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne, aber nach Beschwerden und Bemühungen des Hotels 3.
