J’ai payé moins cher pour mieux avec moins d’étoiles
Pros:

La salle de bain assez grande avec baignoire et la climatisation.

Cons:

L’isolation sonore, l’espace chambre où je ne peux quasiment pas reculer la chaise du bureau sans cogner le lit, l’état de l’ascenseur

Séjour mémorable mais pas dans le bon sens du terme

Accueil de jour très agréable,
Très bonne literie.
Plateau bouilloire café à disposition dans la chambre.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas et des gouttes d'eau tombaient sur la moquette. On ne nous a jamais proposé une autre chambre et ce malgré la canicule.
L'hôtel était soit disant plein il ne l'était pas.
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel ( à chaque fois que nous sommes rentrés en fin de soirée, absence du gardien de nuit ( soit disant occupé dans une chambre, mouais!!!).
Pour un hôtel classé 4 étoiles, j'ai bien du mal à en attribuer deux, A Fuir !!!

l'or de la réservation la chambre est indiqué chambre double avec deux lits séparés et en fait elle est équipée d'un lit double de taille normale.
A 62 ans je ne dors pas dans le même lit que ma fille de 17 ans, c'est une question de principe et de confort.
J'ai donc dormi par terre dans un Best western.

hôtel pas du tout à la hauteur des autres établissements Best Western. Propreté, aménagement, confort à revoir. Moquette usée et pas très propre dans les couloirs, déco de la chambre vieillotte. ISOLATION PHONIQUE CATASTROPHIQUE.
Réveil le matin pas les portes qui claquent à tout va, les clients mais aussi les femmes de ménages qui claquent 15 fois la même porte ! ON RESERVE UNE CHAMBRE D'HOTEL POUR SE REPOSER ET DORMIR. Très très déçus.
