Wonderful stay.
Pros:

In winter, it would be good to have a small mat by the door, as dirt from shoes drips directly onto the laminate floor. It was slightly dusty. The sound insulation is not so good, but the hotel even offers earplugs, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom had clean towels, liquid soap, and shampoo. There were no issues with the water, and the tap water is drinkable. The breakfast was excellent, with a very wide selection. The hotel is conveniently located and has a large free parking area. There are shops and a gas station nearby. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Скудный завтрак, не выносят вторые порции, рабочие все съедают уже в 7 утра, получается те кто приходит позже, эти блюда уже не застают
