Close to falls and downtown
The rooms were very poor. Our room was set at 30° and it was really really cold. You could not get yourself warm. Finally I called the guy up and he looked at around the air conditioner and they had holes right outside from the inside to the outside of the air conditioner just wide open, so it was no wonder it was cold in the room. We did get the man to fill it in with some foam which helped a little bit, but for them to leave, this is just a disgrace and the doors to the patio was just dreadful. The wind coming in there was just freezing. It was just like an ice bucket pouring in under the door around the doors. It was just brutal. The windows were shaking in the wind. This room was in the older section and as far as I’m concerned, they should’ve never rented it out we did complain. They did send somebody up on the third day for as I’m concerned they should’ve done something more to me. This room was not fit to be rented out. The bathroom had no exhaust fan in it. It had no storage to put, and if your toiletries down anywhere, I just had a little glass shelf above the sink. They didn’t have any kind of shelving or counter or nothing. It was just dreadful. I would not recommend this hotel in the old section whatsoever and I really feel the hotel should’ve done something more on our behalf once we told them all our problems.
Proximity to everything that's happening in Clifton Hill and fun stuffs. Great motel.
The room wasn't clean. They should probably get rid of the carpet floors. There were no complimentary and welcome water bottles - keep at least one. TV system didn't allow external connection through HDMI. Bathroom fan too loud.
Amazing location!
No elevator
The rooms were large the mattress was comfy. The location is great you are right in the middle of everything super close to the falls and right along the strip
All the doors and windows were closed yet there was a cold draft in the room the entire night and you can hear whistling from outside super loud. The balconies are connected you can walk along to the neighbors balcony. So make sure your door is locked at all times! The pumps in the washroom were empty there was no soap and when I told the cleaning lady she said she's not allowed to change it until it was completely empty even if there's just a little bit left 🙄
Location and staff. Comfy beds
Decor and bathroom could do with an update
On a whim I decided to go on a solo road trip from ct to Niagara falls. This hotel was so close to the falls I could just walk to them. September was a great time to go as well it wasn’t too hot or too cold. Plenty of restaurants and shops and museums to explore. I will be back again. The hotel was clean, there was also random fireworks at night. And a casino right around the corner. The hotel was super accommodating and helpful. As well. I believe the guys name was Kyle that helped me.
Everything
Comfy beds, great location to everything, lots of space for 4 people
The window didn’t open, other people knocking on our door at inconvenient times
Did not eat breakfast.
Not charging for parking when I already paid almost 200$ to stay here.
Location is close to the show we were attending. It was walkable.
Location is also close to many attractions on Clifton Hill and the Falls.
Parking is onsite, very handy.
Everything was good from cleaning to bed and microwave and fridge and Air conditioning
Good property only the problem was that we didn’t find any escalators so we have to pickup the stroller and move it on the second floor because our room was on second floor
The location and being able to sit outside room
Since I’m older it was hard to walk up there stairs to my room and the steep hill to get to the room
