Great location. Inexpensive stay. Old hotel.
Pros:

Very centrally located in busy downtown Niagara. Easy walk to the falls or entertainment. Thankfully, the hotel has designated parking for guests.

Cons:

Old hotel, so no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, and hadn't come prepared. BUT, they do offer a valet to transfer luggage. Over all, hotel is old, not fancy.

Very old hotel.
Cons:

The room was supposed to be non smoke, the matress on one bed was damaged. Everything was very old. The hotel deserves a renovation. Great location!

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas des chutes, tout se fait à pied ! Chambre très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Personnel à l’accueil sympathique et serviable. Un peu de bruit lié à la proximité des attractions, mais ça fait partie de l’expérience ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

It was very close to the falls, I hadn’t realised that it was also super close to clifton hill, so if you prefer that it’s nice otherwise maybe you could look to a different location.

Cons:

It was a bit outdated, which isn’t necessarily a problem. The AC/ ventilation unit was quite loud though. Also, there was a (flimsy) door to the nextdoor room, which didn’t feel very comfortable to me.

Zimmer für Leute, die nicht viel erwarten, aber in der Partyzone wohnen wollen
Pros:

Das Motel liegt nah an den Wasserfällen. Alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zusätzlich liegt es mitten in der Partymeile.
Wer viel Leuchtreklame, laute Beschallung und bunte Kinderausstattung mag, wird hier gerne sein.
Parkplatz ist für Niagara Recht günstig

Cons:

Nicht falsch verstehen, wir waren mitten in Las Vegas und fanden es toll, aber hier wirkte es eher laut und billig für uns.
Das Motel selber wirkt von außen gut, aber die Zimmer , also zumindest unseres, war sehr alt, schmuddelig. Dreckige Wanne, kaputte Vorhänge bei einer Laterne direkt vorm Fenster und der Aussengang der ganzen Zimmer befand sich auch vor dem Fenster. Die Partypeople davor konnten die ganze Zeit hinein schauen
Eher etwas für Leute mit geringen Ansprüchen, die in der Partymeile feiern wollen.
