Excellent choice in Coolangatta
Pros:

Great location opposite the beach . Very comfy bed and the pool was nice - fabulous reception staff especially Lisa - all were very friendly and welcoming. Specious bathroom and great to have a washing machine

Great location, very clean and comfortable room, well set up and staff were great.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a larger room which was very well set up. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Washing machine was useful. Courtyard was good. The only criticism is the hot water pressure, especially in the kitchen, was low.

Cons:

Hot water pressure especially in the kitchen needs improvement.

Wonderful enjoyed every minute of it, thank you, David for helping us with everything we asked
Pros:

Everything the unit was amazing, the comfort everything about my stay for the last five days was incredible. But I do have to say the gentleman at the front desk his name is David was so lovely so commentating told us everything he was incredible. Thank you David for giving us a wonderful time

The bed was very comfortable and it was an excellent base
Pros:

Location, and good parking spot.

Cons:

I knew it was going to be a small studio room but my expectations was for it to be as smart as the other advertised rooms.
The old fashioned climb into the bath for a shower was unexpected. No good if you are old or have restricted mobility.
The fly screen by the bath was very dirty.
The patio door catch made the door almost impossible to open.
The bathroom toilet holder had seen better days.
On a very minor point the door frame was in need of a touch up
The pool spa was not working when I went for a morning swim.

Pros:

It was our second stay here and met our expectations — comfortable, spacious, convenient location, very clean pool, accommodating staff, right across from the beach, and plenty of nearby food options.

Cons:

The interiors are on the tired side; I would love to see a new couch and a lick of paint to freshen things up.
