Disappointing stay and unresolved refund
Cons:

Our stay was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was dirty, incredibly noisy, outdated, and looked nothing like the photos or description advertised online. We raised our concerns during and after our stay, and the hotel acknowledged the issues and agreed to provide us with a refund. However, more than a month later, we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, we continue to receive the same response that Head Office is dealing with it, with no confirmation or timeframe for payment. The way this has been handled has made an already terrible experience even worse. It’s extremely disappointing that a hotel can admit fault, promise a refund, and then fail to honour it. I would not recommend staying here.

Short family stay
Pros:

Liked the location. Unit was ground floor with a great outdoor area for children to be outside and run around. Across the road from the beach and close to shopping and food areas. Also children's playground just across the road. Enough space in communal areas to take children outside for a run.Parking was convenient as well.

Cons:

One life was out which made wait times a little longer if going to the garage and back up to unit.
