Pros:

Breakfast was very good. When we complained about the noise in the lobby at midnight, the staff took care of it.

Cons:

Our bed wasn't made the second morning we were there. We received new towels so we knew they had been in our room but why wasn't the bed made.

Acceptable stay with spacious comfortable room
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Lots of room to walk our dog outside. Property was Quiet. Bathroom had a ton of counter space which was great.

Cons:

Bathroom floors and room carpets were filthy. No elevator for a second floor room, though staff helped up carry our bags.

It was clean and room was refreshed everyday. Bed was comfortable. Location was great for beach - very close.

Cons:

Bedding and linen need updating. Space is minimal in bathroom area. TV should allow for streaming.

Nice place to stay if visiting Saugatuck.
Pros:

We liked the fact that the hotel was in a quiet location, but just a short drive into town. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We were also pleased with how clean everything was. The breakfast was good and we felt that the room was reasonably priced.
