La struttura in generale é davvero molto bella rispetto ad altre in cui siamo stati . Il personale é molto gentile e accogliente, la pulizia é ok.
La colazione per me é l’unica pecca, é un po da migliorare (tranne per le bevande che sono ok)

Några saker gjorde tyvärr att vi inte skulle komma tillbaka till hotellet
- Det finns en jättefin terass i anslutning till frukosten men man får bara äta inomhus, inomhus var otroligt bullrigt och mycket folk så det fanns ingen ro för trevlig frukost
- Kravet på badmössa i samtliga pooler gjorde oss besvikna och ledde till att vi inte badade, dessutom var gäster tvungna att köpa badmössa - badmössa och badhandukar borde ingå i hotellpriset
- Det fanns inte möjlighet att låna strykjärn
La struttura è davvero molto bella sia esterna che interna. Non ho avuto modo di vedere le terme che sicuramente saranno bellissime ma ritornerò . Check in molto veloce e ci hanno omaggiato di una camera migliore . Tutto lo staff molto gentile

Struttura, parco e piscine assolutamente fantastici e confortevoli
La spa è a pagamento (non mi è mai capitato che non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della camera), così come il noleggio per il telo mare/accappatoio. Colazione non esaltante, quasi tutti i prodotti erano industriali o preconfezionati.
Tutto: pulizia servizi ma soprattutto la cortesia del personale. I servizi del benessere sono eccezionali ed i fanghi vengono fatti da personale preparatissimo.
La posizione e' immediatamente a ridosso del centro.
Solo un po' costosi i pranzi e le cene alla carta. E i bagni sono un po' vecchieggianti
Exceptionally clean with very pretty grounds, creating a relaxing atmosphere. With all the pools there were plenty of good spots and beds. We enjoyed all the pools with their different temperatures. A large buffet breakfast with lots of choice and efficient service. Helpful reception staff. A bus stop just a couple of steps outside easily connected you to Ischia Port and Ischia Ponte is about a 15 minute walk.
