Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Dog friendly. Location had plenty of gas and dining options.
i ENJOYED THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND ACCOMODATING FOR ANY QUESTIONS. IT WAS SUPER CLEAN WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. LOVED THE POPCORN AND OTHER ITEMS FOR SNACKING.

This hotel is typical decent Americinn quality, nice rooms, nice pool, nice grounds. No elevator....Fergus Falls is a cute town with decent restaurant choices. My problem is the reception staff. With 10 cars in the parking lot(4 belonging to staff), it wasn't busy..... We got there early(2:15 pm) check in was 3, so without anything else to do, we waited in the lobby. The clerk(female), said our room wasn't ready, so we waited. Our family get together was scheduled for 3pm. As 3 pm approached we watched 3 housekeepers walk out the door and leave in their cars. The clerk walked to her car and back several times prior to 3 pm. A male clerk showed up (shift change time at 3?), and the clerk we talked to told him we were waiting for a room while 10 minutes went by. At 3:10 I approached both of them asking about our room. They said they were "briefing" and that the housekeepers had not updated available clean rooms in the computer. We were ignored, not valued customers. Finally the male checked something and gave us a room, the female left in her car. The hotel never had more than 20 cars in the lot all night, I seriously doubt they were full. There had to be several rooms available at 2:30-3:10 for customers sitting in the lobby......
It’s was very clean and nice
The hotel was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff accommodated my needs. The location was convenient for my fishing trip to Ottertail County Minnesota.
Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, and good breakfast
The inn at Fergus Falls was quiet, appealing and comfortable to stay in. Our double queen suite had an extra room/space that could be shut off the bedroom with an attractive door. This was very convenient for individuals with varying rising and sleep schedules.

Little pricey, though sometimes that is the case.
Large two room (101) excellent front desk check in, comfortable and quiet and close to amenities. Very clean and seems to have been Reno'd. Would stay here again.
The people were very pleasant and courteous. The whole hotel was spotless. The carpet was immaculate and the hallways had no dings or paint chips. Great parking. Breakfast was great. The staff kept everything full. Absolutely a great place to stay.
