Always satisfied!
Pros:

Over the past few years our family has had many stays at this location . Managers, Pam and Ashley always go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Hotel is very clean - including pool and gathering areas. The pool is a favorite by our little swimmers. Continental breakfast is on par and stocked. Ice cream in the lobby for sale is always a bonus! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Many many stays and never an issue. Again, let me stress the cleanliness throughout hotel! Thank you Americinn - Terry and Lundgren Family.

It was sufficient. Earl Grey tea is always preferred for me. Gluten free options would have been nice.

I stay here with excellent start to finish, no doubt I would recommend this hotel and will definitel
Pros:

My room was impeccably, clean, very large, and the corner of fireplace was a true bonus that I wasn’t expecting! The young man at the front desk was so professional and nice, something you don’t see off these days. The breakfast offered a variety and again was an impeccably clean area.

Cons:

The only thing I’m upset about was the Wi-Fi was down, but that was across the whole city so there was nothing they could do about it. It allowed me to catch up on some sleep though lol.

I was only there for basically a 3 hour nap and shower but it was a great short stay!

Overall a nice place. Will definitely request a first floor room if I stay there again.

Clean, easy to find. Good breakfast

Cons:

There was no elevator. Not listed in your ad. I am a senior citizen and I had difficulty getting my luggage to the second floor. Luckily another guest helped me.

Very nice place to stay when you are in the area.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, easy to get to. Staff are extremely friendly and nice. Have a good hot breakfast and rooms are always clean and fresh.

Good Value, Overall Nice Stay
Pros:

Good value for the money. Our full-size family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 teens, were comfortable in the 1 BR/ 2 Queens + Sofa Sleeper room. It worked well for us because you know.. brother & sister could NOT share a queen bed... LOL
The hotel was clean and smelled nice (which I'm kind-of fussy about), and the staff was very friendly! It was quiet and overall, a nice stay. Thanks!
