Gute Lage (für jemanden, der nach Köpenick möchte) - bei Hitze besser vermeiden.
Pros:

Gute Lage - nahe Altstadt Köpenick, Schloss Köpenick, am Wasser.
Vor dem Hotel habe wir morgens am Ufer auf Liegestühle gesessen - so das dass wir uns nach der Horrornacht mit 30°++ im Zimmer abkühlen konnten.

Cons:

Temperatur im Zimmer 30Grad. Keine Klimaanlage.
Parkplatz ist eng und die Anzahl der Parkplätze eingeschränkt. Das schreibt das Hotel auch auf der Webseite. Aber warum werde ich dann von der Rezeption mit dem Auto auf den Parkplatz geschickt wenn der Parkplatz voll ist? Rampe runter und das Einfahrgitter geht nicht hoch. So musste ich die Rampe (mit Kurve) rückwärts (!) wieder hochfahren. Das fand ich sehr ärgerlich.

Lage. Sehr schön der Außenbereich am Wasser, wo man abends noch einen Cocktail trinken kann. Freundlicher Service dort.

Cons:

Nächtliches Palaver auf dem Parplatz. Unser Zimmer ging dorthin.

Alles in allem okay
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer nach Upgrade erhalten. Vom Angebot beim Frühstück hatte ich mehr erwartet. Die Lage war okay

Cons:

Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum müssten mal erneuert werden.

Gute Lage am See.

Cons:

Leider war direkt vor dem Hotelzimmer eine Baustelle und die fingen um 7.00 Uhr an. Das war nicht vorteilhaft für die Erholung. Ansonsten alles top.
