Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns der schöne Blick über die Spree auf dad Schloss. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und aufmerksam. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir in der Tiefgarage parken konnten. Sehr gut war die Verbindung zur Stadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Der Straßenverkehr in der Stadt war sehr laut.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein, die Vorhänge 20cm zu . Eenn man ins Bett ging mußte man rauftreten. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind teilweise eher für den Müll. Sie sind eine Zumutung. Die deklarierte Sauna geht nicht.

Preis/Leistung ok
Zimmer ok
waren allerdings nur eine Nacht da

Cons:

Man konnte vor 15 Uhr nur mit einem Aufpreis von 20 Euro einchecken
ansonsten alles ok, vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war ja nur eine Nacht

Pros:

I really liked the bed in the room, it was really comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good.

Cons:

The room was a little bit damaged, specially the tables: the table next to the bed was not fixed properly and the desk in front of the bed was a bit dirty and chipped in some places.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!!
Pros:

Die Pizzeria war gut

Cons:

Bad hat nach Fäkalien gestunken. Bad war sehr abgenutzt, mit schmutzigen, schimmeligen Badvorhang. Die Wände waren von Hunden angepinkelt.
Beim Frühstücken haben wir unseren Tisch selbst abräumen müssen, es gab keine Kaffeetassen, Brot, Brötchen, Wurst usw… war um 9:00 Uhr alles leer. Servicekräfte waren überfordert mit der Anzahl der Gäste.

Wir waren zufrieden und entspannt.
Pros:

Es war alles ok. Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen ist hervorragend. Auch zu Fuß ist Köpenick gut zu erkunden. Die Gastronomie im Haus, Pizzaria, ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers über der Hauptstraße ist bei offenen Fenster kaum zu ertragen, aber auch das läßt sich mit kleinen Hilfsmitteln minimieren.

Tolle Lage, herzlicher Service, Zimmer mit Wasserblick

Sehr schönes 3‑Sterne‑Hotel in Top‑Lage mit Bus und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser – dafür noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank! 💕
Das Frühstück war hervorragend: tolle Kaffeesorten, leckeres Müsli und insgesamt sehr gute Qualität. Das Service‑Team ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Für 15,-€ /d update Blick aufs Schloss und Wasser, aber auch den Wirtschaftshof :( . Nähe zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Die beste Lage hat das Not-Treppenhaus. Irgendwie verbaut.
