Gute Lage, ansprechendes Frühstück, Zimmerkomfort zufiedenstellend( Betten nicht gut), Strassenlärm.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Anreise mit PKW günstig, der S-Bahnhof ist relativ weit entfernt und nur mit BUS erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung ist mit gut zu bewerten, wobei das Zimmertelefon nicht funktioniert hat. Die Betten sind sehr hart und nicht besonders für einen erholsamen Schlaf geeignet. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, aber ohne Badewanne. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr geraümig, die Umkleidemöglichkeiten sind ausreichend. Das WLAN hat nach wiederholten Versuchen sich akztivieren
lassen.Was sehr gut ist, das neben dem Hotel angrenzend ein Italienische Restaurant sich befindet.

Cons:

Die zwei gebuchten Zimmer, Nr. 205 und 207 waren zur Strassenseite, so daß am Tag und späten Abend ein relativ lauter Lärm durch PKW und Strassenbahn aufgetreten ist. Die Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage war vormittags nicht möglich, da durch den Nachtfrost der Strassenbelag zu glatt war, weil nicht durch entsprechende Maßnahmen ( Auftragen von Streumittel )
der Zustand verändert wurde.

Pros:

Пристойний готель за свої гроші. В кімнаті чисто і тепло. Персонал гостинний та приємний, володіє англійською. Локація в досить тихому місці, шум не заважав. Wi-fi працює справно. Система обігріву регулюється за потреби. На нижньому поверсі поруч з рецепцією є чудовий італійський ресторан зі смачною кухнею та хорошим обслуговуванням, де можна пообідати чи повечеряти - порції щедрі, все свіже, ціни невисокі. Нас обслуговував дуже привітний та турботливий офіціант італієць, сервіс на найвищому рівні, сподобався комплімент від закладу - розкішні італійські оливки та lolypop для дитини. На рецепції також без проблем і швидко вирішувались всі наші питання. Ми не замовляли сніданки, ходили снідати в маленьку пекарню через дорогу від готелю - там смачна випічка і кава, затишна атмосфера, приємний сервіс - а ще там живе дуже милий привітний пухнастий білий песик шпіц, він підходив до нашого столику дружити, дитина була в захваті. Нам все сподобалось в цьому готелі, було комфортно і спокійно.

Cons:

В номері відсутній холодильник, а також кондиціонер. В холодну пору року цей готель підходить чудово, номери добре обігріваються, однак влітку під час спеки можливо буде жарко, на такі випадки в номері стоїть невеликий вентилятор для комфорту гостей. Не вважаю це мінусами, швидше це опції самого готелю, які потрібно взяти до уваги. До готелю немає жодних претензій.
