Olía horrible q humedad y estaba todo sucio
It was clean
No mini fridge and hotel hallways smelled like pot
It was not clean at all.
It was near the highway and Cracker Barrel.
There were bugs in the room. Some of the lights in the room were not working. The TV wasnt working. The electrical outlets didn't hold the plugs. The free breakfast was non-existent. The ice machine didn't work. When I spoke to the person at the desk, she said she knew.
Breakfast was horrible, worst I’ve ever seen. All that was out were small apples and cold cereal.
Toilet in room was turned off, carpet was wet in front of window room air conditioner, overhead light was burned out in bathroom, and air conditioner had to be turned to lowest setting to get any cooling
Nothing
everything
Great location Breakfast no bagels seen roach on counter. Toilet seats need to be tightened moved when getting up. No fire alarm only wires on ceiling.
Guest service inspect breakfast area. Not very friendly. Inspect toilet. Pool not available
The receptionist was very nice as well as the cleaners!!!
There were roaches in the room! There was no continental breakfast(just cereal with no milk, fruit, and toast). The pool and gym was closed. They were people who seem to be on drugs, walking up and down the halls.
We came in late after messaging the hotel. It took 20 minutes for the guy to respond to the doorbell and phone calls to even check in. Then we were given a room with no light or electricity in the bathroom. Therefore the blow dryer didn’t work and actually fell off the wall. The TV didn’t work. There were other lights not working and the place reeked of curry. When we went for breakfast and asked to have the light fixed, we were given a flashlight and the guy acknowledged they knew it was an issue but it was the last room. Please note upon arrival we saw a handful of rooms that were obviously unoccupied. The breakfast consisted of bread. When I checked out and discussed the concerns and asked why he wouldn’t give us a flashlight then or tell us there was an issue, he smiled and shook his head. I told him he should make it right, and he again shook his head no and said he’d give a discount the next time. I said there wouldn’t be a next time and it was not right that they treated customers this way.
Nothing
It stinked and poor customer service
It was not good.
It smelt like smoke, had roaches, and was not clean.
It was clean, but very run down and not maintained. The clerk when we checked in was very nice.
The breakfast was extremely lacking, looked like nothing but toast without butter or jelly, and old fruit. There was no front desk clerk when checking out, just a bucket to drop the key into. I was worried about the security and privacy when checking out. There was nothing to stop someone from taking the key and going into the room to stay or cause damage, especially since I had to give a credit card for "incidentals".
