From 10th to 15th of July 2023, the Property will only be reachable on foot between 8:30 p.m and 6 a.m due to resurfacing works on the Peartree Roundabout. The nearest car park is located in a specially designated area at Pear Tree Park & Ride.

Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward.

We came to Oxford for a wedding and stayed two nights which were very pleasant. Bus to city was good

Cons:

Would have liked a nicer view from bedroom - just trees and grass. Even so, very peaceful and no view of cars!

The room was comfortable and had everything. And it was quiet. A comfortable bed, a window that opens (I like that). The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good - really good breakfast. The staff were so pleasant - and it felt natural. It felt like the hotel had considered everything. Well balanced.
