From 10th to 15th of July 2023, the Property will only be reachable on foot between 8:30 p.m and 6 a.m due to resurfacing works on the Peartree Roundabout. The nearest car park is located in a specially designated area at Pear Tree Park & Ride.
Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward.

Everything from booking in to checking out was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the waitresses - nothing was too much trouble.
The air conditioning could have been better and not sure if it was actually working but as we were only staying one night we didn't worry too much about it and didn't report it.
Excellent air conditioning on an extremely hot night. It was quiet and efficient.
The staff were very courteous and the breakfast was fine. It is well positioned near the A34 and there is easy public transport into the city centre.

It was clean and smart. Staff were friendly. Cheyenne in the restaurant was excellent - really helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Georgi on reception was very attentive and friendly. A pleasure.

Lovely thoughtful staff, clean comfortable room. Good sound proofing, our room faced some trees so nice and quiet. Easy walking distance to Oxford’s excellent Park &Ride service.
All staff we experienced were very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfy. Receptionist was particularly helpful, letting us stay booked in until 1pm and increasing parking term by extra 24 hours.

Breakfast was good but same every day (we were there 5 nights!). Everything was great - our only problem was the hot water in the shower never got hot...just luke warm. They came to fix it but didn't help.
