Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward.

The location was good

Cons:

The staff at checkout couldn’t find evidence of my payment for parking , plus the fact that we had to pay to park the car each night!

Pros:

O staff era muito simpático e amigável, muito prestáveis a todos os níveis. Estávamos a viajar com uma bebé de 1 ano e meio, e precisámos de ajuda com algumas refeições, e foram muito prestáveis a arranjar soluções.
O quarto era muito confortável, apesar da vista para a auto estrada.
Na nossa estadia no UK, foi claramente o local que mais gostámos de dormir. Um excelente balanço entre preço e qualidade, aliado a um staff muito prestável.

Cons:

Pagar pelo estacionamento, no hotel onde estou hospedado, parece-me excessivo. Tendo em conta a localização do hotel, seria difícil estacionar noutro lugar.
A casa de banho do quarto claramente precisa de um upgrade e de ser renovada. Não é crítico, mas ajudaria a tornar o quarto mais agradável e, por consequência, a experiência dos hóspedes.

Pleasant stay in Oxford, great location
Pros:

Great location next to the park and ride, and lots of parking available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food.

Cons:

Shower over a bath was adequate but would have hoped for better considering the price of the room.

A great convenient place to use the park and ride into Oxford.
Pros:

Quick and easy check in, friendly helpful staff. The room was as expected. The location was perfect. I wanted to use the park and ride into Oxford, perfect for this. I didn't have breakfast as I was still full from the meal in the restaurant the night before. One of the better Holiday Inn's that I have ever stayed in. Parking was available.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking although not liked it was a convenient and easy process.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Easy to locate because it is near motorway. Many communal spaces on the groundfloor to relax and socialise. Lift great for mobility issues. Bathroom well-lit /bright for getting ready. Friendly staff ready to help in a very professional manner. Cosy room. It was a windy day so my room was lovely and warm.

Superb 5⭐️service.
Pros:

Immaculate. Very professional staff. 5⭐️ service. Clean. Great facilities. Comfy bed. Smart tv watched youtube the whole stay. Water pressure & temperature perfect for bathsoak and quick shower. Everything worked as expected. Wide hallways great for moving your luggage. Would definitely love to stay here again. Near roadchef off motorway so a short walk across carpark to buy refreshments from greggs/kfc.

Cons:

Can’t fault the place.

Good hotel overall and comfortable and clean
Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable and the hotel location is great. The breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was really poor on evenings, I had to wait for a very long time, was ignored by staff most of the evening. I would order drinks and they would come bac to me 30min later....saying the drink is no longer on the menue, same with the dessert.
