Important information:

From 10th to 15th of July 2023, the Property will only be reachable on foot between 8:30 p.m and 6 a.m due to resurfacing works on the Peartree Roundabout. The nearest car park is located in a specially designated area at Pear Tree Park & Ride.

Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Without a doubt one of the better hotel experiences I have ever had.
Pros:

Everything. We got upgraded by Georgi at book in. Georgi also explained that our parking was free, the World Cup special menu was available. Georgi booked a table in the restaurant for us on arrival and the food was very good. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were very friendly, efficient and more than helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Enjoyed all aspects of our stay. It's a really nice hotel.

Overnight stay with friends to explore Oxford.
Pros:

Clean, bright and fresh I would say fairly newly decorated very much to our taste. Nice and airy with great lighting and a feeling of space. We were upgraded on our arrival to a newly improved room with a walk in shower and plenty of usb sockets. The bed was very comfortable so a good nights sleep was had followed by a tasty breakfast. The bar was well stocked with plenty of seating options inside and out and the proximity to the park and ride was perfect.

Comfortable & enjoyable, would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed & pillows, breakfast was more than adequate but a little expensive I think. room was spacious but would have preferred a walk in shower as my partner struggled stepping over bathtub edge.

Cons:

Bath Tub, would prefer walk in shower. Breakfast was too expensive.

Pros:

The park and ride option was a revelation. Cheap and quick transport to and from the city centre.

All the staff were charming, helpful and welcoming.

Pros:

We stayed there during the peak of UK heatwave, and the room was in the perfect temp. The aircon was easy to control, and it cooled down the whole room instantly. I see they use daikin, so no wonders! The staff were friendly, room was nice with relatively big window that allows the sunlight in. The food at the restaurant was amazing too! I ended up ordering something everyday.

Cons:

Laundry price was very expensive. £15 for one shirt if I remenber it correctly. And also, the mini fridge was not cold enough.
