No healthy breakfast on Sunday morning
The two ladies we dealt with were absolutely wonderful. My friend and I traveled alone with kids, we felt very safe sleeping here. The pool is tons of fun.
All good
The fire alarm was right outside my door and went off for hours during the night. The breakfast was not good.
Swimming pool
It was ok
Great place
The phone and tv did not work there were outlet plates on the floor the shower was so bad there are no words no elevator or handicap rooms door didnt even closeall the way. Canceled room reservations and drove 22 miles to another hotel. Still havent seen my refund and in fact they triedto charge my card a second time. Stay away
The property itself deserves at least four stars out of five. The only drawbacks are a lack of even a continental breakfast (cereal), and I personally prefer carpeted rooms. Still, a quality hotel for a good price, and the young woman at the front desk was especially nice and helpful.
Beds were horrible! Lumpy, saggy with a hard edge of some kind. Chairs were old and broken. Toilet was loose. Looks like they started a bathroom remodel but didn’t finish it. Tub has a really nice tile surround but tub it’s self has seen better days.
Room was clean and comfortable. We slept well!
Great. Nice room and bed and super quiet inside
🙌
Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Will stay again
Stay was good
The sheets, curtains had stains on them. There were 2 dead crickets in the bathroom. One of the towels had a yellowish hue to it. And the king size bed was very uncomfortable. I was there for 2 nights but I didnt rest well. And house keeping almost walked in me
I have stayed there before, but this time was different. My room didn't get cleaned, important medicine lost, and residents without handicap parking were allowed to park without one. I didn't like the easy access into the building. Normally, you would have to scan your room card to get in. That allows anyone off the street to enter. I didn't feel safe with the door being opened at all times. Not sure if I will be there my next stay. I'm always thinking safety first.
I originally booked on Expedia with the pay at hotel option. When I arrived the hotel told me I could not pay with a different method but she could cancel the reservation thru expedia and rebook me direct. So I paid her the amount due. Went to get something to eat and returned to take luggage to the room, the stairwell to the 2nd floor was dirty, had broken crayons and crayon drawings on the carpet and a really fowl smell. Got to 2nd floor and a different smell but was even worse. Opened the room door and was slammed in the face with cigarette smoke smell. We pulled out the sofa bed to see if both kids would fit (only a twin) and the mattress was soiled and brown, no bedding available for mattress, was absolutely disgusting. The girls opened the fridge and there was left over food and drinks in the fridge. By this time my husband was having an asthma attack from the cigarette smoke in the room. Went down stairs and they gave me a refund and we left. When I returned home on Monday I noticed a charge to the original card I booked with thru expedia, that she assured me was canceled and would not be charged. I called hotel and they said expedia would have to refund me so I contaced expedia, they said they would have to contact hotel for refund approval, I called the hotel to let them know expedia would be contacting them for approval, the hotel now refused saying they had already refunded me. But they refunded the charge they made to my other card, I was charged twice
It was ok
We had a dirty room had to ask for another room and clean sheets over all the stay was average just know not to book with them again
