Clean, pleasant.
Pros:

Clean. No carpet.
Nice staff, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Be aware late arrival.
Libby closes at 10:00 pm.
Had to call to get let in to check into room that was reserved in advance.

Convenient and clean and remodeled
Pros:

Wonderful location. Stayed there last year as well. Did have to stay on the second floor outside entrance unit this time so we had to take the stairs which wasn't as convenient as ground floor.
Staff in the bar area and check-in area we're very friendly and accommodating.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable in spite of the few things that needed some attention and fixing. You could tell that it had recently been remodeled and it was thoughtfully laid out in the room.

Cons:

There were a few issues in the room itself. The weather stripping was hanging from the door frame as we walked in the door. The sink faucet handle and base were about ready to fall off and very loose.
Not enough outlets so we had to use an extension cord and power strip.

In the heart of Pendleton!
Pros:

Great location and great customer service.

Cons:

A very small breakfast. In the room the bathroom was a bit tight, easy to hear noise from outside or nearby rooms. The bed was comfortable though.
