I would recommend this hotel and this location for any business or pleasure visits to London!

Great central location in a nice part of London nicely offset from road traffic ,very friendly and helpful staff very nice rooms with all amenities available plus lovely breakfast!

Excellent place to stay in a lively interesting area.
Pros:

Excellent location lots of interesting places to eat, near regent canal and near Union chapel a great music venue. Comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast.

Overpriced, broken air con, dirty room.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Communal areas are pleasant.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. Housekeeping apparently don’t care about do not disturb signs. The bathroom had clumps of hair everywhere. Listed facilities weren’t in the room when we arrived.

The AC was broken so very disappointing for the paid price

The AC was not working.
The staff at the reception should be more friendly, smiley and passionate about their job!
We even heard a woman starting to shout and complain to the reception staff because of some kind of overbooking.
