Comfortable, relaxing and stress free location for our overnight stay.
Pros:

Extremely easy to find from the tube station and ideal for purpose of our visit. Liked the fact it was set back in its own 'courtyard' from main road, allowing some pleasant outdoor space to sit in. Room was comfortable in size , it had opening windows, temperature was good and controllable (not always the easiest thing in hotel bedrooms!). Quiet. Clean. Excellent sized shower cubicle with strong water pressure and sensible operating controls. Didn't need key card to operate the electrics - great. Plenty of lights operable from various places , including in bed. Comfortable mattress, excellent pillows.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Tea was made to order and served in a pot, rather than from a DIY dispenser where water often doesn't reach boiling point and sometimes even tastes of coffee. For London the price was good. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really. Taps a little stiff to turn on!

Great hotel in ideal location in north London. Lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and transport close
Pros:

I use this hotel when I visit my children who both live close by. It is perfect. Very comfortable bed with all the facilities you need. Great breakfast and staff always lovely. Very good value for London.

Good location but better places with better service and beds for same price
Pros:

Good location for our show at the town hall and close to station

Cons:

Check in took 40 minutes lots of people waiting to check in only one person on desk took him 30 minutes to check in one person the manager did appear after 30 minutes but could clearly see she wasn’t supposed to be on duty
Room was basic with a small double bed not a comfortable nights sleep

Short but amazing stay!
Pros:

I had a nice sleepy in a nice quiet room. In the morning I was greeted by Anisa at the breakfast area, she was very friendly and gave the best service best service! I’ll definitely be back!

Nice room, good breakfast, clean

Cons:

Evening meal was poor, food was undercooked. Since it changed to microwave food hasn't been as good.

Showers are lukewarm, should let guests have more options on water temperature rather than cold or warm.

Obvious typo on new menus in restaurant which barman wasn't aware of. Think he'd been there days only.

Staff turnover seems high, rarely see same people if you visit here regularly.
