Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind, especially Andrea. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I’d like to sincerely thank her for making my experience even better.

The furniture and facilities are quite old and need renovation.

Pros:

Ubicado en zona muy centrica y práctica. Al estar en microcentro el entorno no es el mejor para ir en plan turista pero la ubicacion es excelente si vas por trabajo. El desayuno fue muy completo y el personal amable.

Cons:

Mi habitación compartía puerta con la habitación contigua y se podía escuchar todo lo que pasaba en esa habitación. Cada vez que tiraban la cisterna en la noche, por ejemplo, o de mañana cuando sonó su alarma.
La habitación tenía el frigobar vacío y tampoco tenia agua de cortesía, al mencionarlo en el review de Hilton me respondieron que Buenos Aires tiene agua potable y que en el bar del lobby venden agua. Es raro que me sugieran tomar agua del baño cuando me hospedo en un 5 estrellas.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Buenos Aires, the Doubletree Hilton is a perfect location to visit the city. It is close to main attractions, restaurants, local transportation. The staff is attentive to details and the hotel offers key amenities (restaurant, luggage storage, scheduling taxis, etc.)
