La atención del personal es muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar, una de las veces se quedaron sin vasos y pusieron unos de espuma y cuando se terminó el rincón de lo gluten free no repusieron y dijeron que no había mas, para un hotel de esas estrellas, eso no debería pasar.

It was a great stay at the hotel. Staff was courteous and were helpful all through.
Location is good for the hotel and you can simply walk to the market. The place was safe and overall amenities and services, including breakfast spread was good.

Gutes Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein sehr komfortables Bett. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Sehr sauber.
Top Lage.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad (Dusche) müsste mal renoviert werden.

Nice, clean, updated.

Cons:

The check-in and check-out procedures could use some work. They ask you to complete it on line, but then ask the same things when you check-in at the place. Then, we ended up in a room that was already occupied. They apologized and upgraded our room which was nice. At check-out, we went to the front desk to check-out, but then received a text to check-out via that means. We didn’t respond to the text because we had already checked out at the front desk. Then, we received a phone-call to see if we checked-out. They were very nice, but it could be simplified for sure.

It was great, the staff was very helpful, professional and polite.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful, Fausto and Elian were amazing, very polite and gracious. The staff was probably the best thing about the stay!

Cons:

I had a few issues, first I was sent to a room that was not my own, afterwards I got a room with a single king size bed instead of 2 separate beds, but that can be forgiven. My only issue was the shower overflowing a little bit.
