Was fair. I had come from a different Hyatt to get closer didn’t comoare
Pros:

The bathroom was large no tub. Bed comfortable. Ate breakfast there twice donut holes were good a little powdered sugar would have been nice

Cons:

No maid service entire stay. No conditioner in amenitie.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. The housekeeper came and we told him to come back in 10 minutes and he never did.

Takes ages to get there but hotel is great
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Room was large, well appointed, and clean.

Cons:

One shuttle every 40 minutes, needed to take the airport train to get it, and takes another 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Would have taken just as long to get to the city.

Pros:

部屋が広く、清潔で、フロントの対応が良かった。

Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was helpful when needed. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The staff at the desk was obviously training, which we could tell. But he almost forgot a few things. It was good that he had someone watching over though to guide him. One thing that would be helpful, is if they told where the elevators were:) They were kind of hidden, but we found them!
