La qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix ne vaut pas le coup

Le restaurant du soir

Cons:

Le sol de la chambre était sale.
Les agents de nettoyage nous ont réveillé deux fois en entrant dans notre chambre pendant que nous dormions à 8h15 et 9h pour savoir si nous sortions de la chambre le jour même ou pas et pour savoir si le mini bar devais être rempli pour les prochains .
La navette de transfert pour l’aéroport était en retard , aucune excuse ou même inquiétude de la part du conducteur . La navette devait partir à 12h , il est arrivé à 12h15 et nous sommes partis vers 12h30.
La salle de bain n’ai pas pratique.
Le petit déjeuner ne propose meme pas de pain frais

Os funcionários são excelentes! São muito educados, atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos.
O quarto é grande e muito confortável
Para quem necessita do deslocamento ao aeroporto, a opção do transfer facilita bastante

Cons:

Poderia ter a opção do transfer para o terminal 1 também. Para quem está com muitas malas, ajudaria!

PÉSIMO TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO

Cons:

El ruido, de las instalaciones y mascotas hospedadas.
El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es PÉSIMO, demora unos 45 minutos al aeropuerto (sin tránsito, no sale en horario).
TE DEJAN BORADO EN EL TERMINAL 2 (debes considerar otros 25 minutos para llegar al T3 caminando, ni sueñes con ir con tiempo justo.

Cons:

Piscina un po trascurata, colazione senza verdure, caffè orribile. Cena a buffet con pochissima scelta. Di frutta solo ananas aspro e papaya. Connessione wifi molto lenta

Reasonable airport stay
Pros:

Stayed for one night after late arrival at GRU airport. Hotel served its purpose. Staff were good and the room was clean. But it was relatively simple. Good for an overnight airport stay, but not much more.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and the rooms are a little dated.
