The location is perfect for our needs. The staff was outstanding throughout
The construction noise was very intrusive into our room all day. Housekeeping came late in the day, after we had already finished many of our daily needs, and then wanted to rest. They were extremely polite and helpful at all times, with a smile - so this is just a comment - not meant to reflect on their care and quality of service, just simply timing
staff very nice. all the restaurants but 1 were under construction. staff was always very helpful. it would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.

Me gusta mucho la atención del personal, son muy amables desde recepción hasta bellboys, camareras, meseros, etc. Me encanta que esta el hotel ubicado frente a la playa. Comimos un día en el restaurante del hotel y esta super rico, recomiendo comer el restaurante.
La habitación tenía algunos detalles, la manija de una puerta se vino y nunca lo arreglaron. También se nos cerró una puerta y se tardaron en ir en ayudarnos a abrirla.
