La idea es buena, la ejecución es pésima

La ubicación, la alberca.

Cons:

Pésimas camas. Colchones hundidos, mobiliario viejo y descuidado. No funcionaba el teléfono, tuve que bajar para pedir mi cena 2 noches seguidas. Lo reporté con Fernanda de front desk y no lo resolvieron nunca. En general el servicio es malo, muy poca actitud de servicio en todo el hotel. Muy lejos de otros destinos en México

The location is amazing, we have an incredible view to the sea and sunsets are beautiful, the renovated rooms are quite lush and clean. Prices make sense given that overall the hotel is good. However, service is slow at the restaurant and room service. It also doesn’t offer clamato in the happy hour anymore as well as a cherry on top of every drink and chocolate on the cup when ordering a dirty monkey. The menu was reduced (club sandwich is no longer in it!). The drinks took a downfall compared to past years.

Reserve por booking.com el área que nos asignaron estaba sucia y se veía diferente al resto del hotel. La habitación también estaba sucia, no contaba ni con jabón de baño

Relaxing roomie hotel.
Pros:

Relaxing low key not noisy. Friendly staff great view. Easy beach access. 4 star property. No breakfast but good breakfast next door. Room had water running down on the floor twice but they fixed it twice. Very friendly staff. Drinks were lacking , no ginger ale ginger beer no mocktails. Towels plentiful.

I was so excited when I arrived and saw all the new updates on the property, the grounds are lush and beautiful - I felt like I had stepped into another world! The cleanliness surpassed all expectations. The personnel are very professional and friendly. Just the place you are comfortable with and want so much to experience again and again!!

Pros:

Podrá haber muchos hoteles en Mazatlán, unos con más lujo quizás o nuevos. Pero el personal de este hotel impecable, amables, las instalaciones muy bonitas me encanta la alberca súper grande y sobre todo el desayuno bufet, riquísimo, es mi hotel preferido para ir con mi familia, buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias, se cobra un cargo extra diario por el valet parkin y estacionamiento, en temporada alta es lento.
