Gutes Hotel für einen Musical-Besuch.
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet durch seine Lage. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (BHF Möhringen) und die Nähe zu den Musical-Theatern ist perfekt. Das Frühstück ist gut, es ist alles da. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelausstattung it in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Imbisse, die fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Satisfaisant la 2e nuit dans la chambre" confort" réservée et en étage.

Arrivés à 18h15 pour cause de bouchons sur la route, avons été accueillis...un peu sèchement..Difficile de comprendre l'allemand de la personne à l'accueil.Nous avons rempli le formulaire rapidement sans poser de questions puis sommes allés déposer nos bagages dans la chambre 30 attribuée. Rez de jardin. 2 fenêtres sans volets et la 3e celle de la salle de bains dejà ouverte en oscillo battant avec une affiche.."ne pas ouvrir"
Nous avons rapidement déposé nos bagages car attendus pour RV .
A 20h30..plus personne à l'accueil..je découvre que ce n'est pas la chambre confort louée. Le lit est très étroit. Pas de table de nuit, ni de prise de courant pour la place de droite coincée contre le rideau et la fenêtre. Impossible de poser ses lunettes etc ...ailleurs que sur le sol.
Quant à la douche,nous la prenons fenêtre opaque entr'ouverte en rez de jardin... Heureusement il ne fait pas froid.
Le lendemain matin...je pose la question...chambre confort( la plus chère...)est-elle sans table de nuit? Et fenêtre cassée ouverte en rez de jardin? Em
Les 2 personnes à laccueil sont charmantes et nous proposent un changement de chambre à midi.

Nous recupérons alors une chambre confort très agréable pour la 2e nuit.
Et le 2e matin .la charmante personne de l"accueil s"inquiète de nous ! MERCI à elle.
Au moment du départ en fin de matinée, la réceptionniste( de notre arrivée) fait régler les frais de parking...et bien sûr pas de dédommagement pour la différence de prix sur la nuitée....

Globalement...notre déception a été compensée par la gentillesse des dames de ménage et de la jeune réceptionniste qui a gére notre cas le1er matin. Mais avons perdu du temps ... et sur 2 nuits...passé une nuit pas très agréable.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien. Assez calme et verdoyant pour un centre ville.
Et la maison ancienne change des buildings dautres quartiers. Facilité aussi pour se restaurer le soir.

Gare Bahn très proche.
