This is BUDGET accommodation
Pros:

Location is outstanding. The views are outstanding. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom had other people's hair on the floor and in the shower. Water pressure was average.
The whole place is dated and run down.
The small room you walk into before you open into your room is a safety issue for women. You're essentially locked in a tiny room, sometimes without light, that only your room and the adjacent room can access.
The three lamps in the room have like 1000 watt globes, no lamp shade and can be seen from the moon.
The glasses youre provided are lip down on the bathroom bench, no coaster, which I found a bit gross.
Car parking seems limited and it is first in, no holds. You go up two levels through two gates only accessible via a one way road.
I wore shoes in the room as the carpet felt dirty.

Superb location
Pros:

Perfect location for reef tours. Spacious one bedroom apartment. Very well equipped.

Cons:

We had a flight at 2:40 PM, so we asked management to let us stay until noon. We asked on the day that we were leaving, and we were told that we had to ask 24 hours in advance. This strikes me as rigid. Most hotels do not impose this requirement. The only drawback to and otherwise wonderful stay.

great place to stay
Pros:

the room exceeded my expectations. it had a kitchen, dinette, bedroom, living room, balcony, and a bathroom that had a washer and dryer. The location was great: near shopping, museums, art galleries and restaurants. Also very close to beach and marina.

Cons:

On first night at hotel, our room was mistakenly given to another family. They came in at about 10:30 pm, saw me sitting on the couch and quickly left. The staff was very apologetic.
