Awesome location
Pros:

Loved the location, easy parking on site. The staff were wonderful, most helpful.

Cons:

The room is old and tired, the shower and taps leaked, we did advise reception.

Loved it
Pros:

Location was great, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the multiple toilets. We were in the 3 bedroom and there were 3 toilets which was amazing.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was a bit up and down but overall did not affect our stay and it would be good to have smart TV's to allow watching of own streaming services.

Great place to stay as long as you are not a light sleeper.
Pros:

Location was easy to access all areas of esplanade.

Cons:

The noise during night. Cars racing, rubbish trucks. Very noisy unfortunately.

The gym showers were not updated or super fresh & clean, 1 had no shower curtains, it was bare bones old shower & taps.
Late checkout was completely refused.

Super comfortable
Pros:

Great location, close to cafes, pubs, bars and the night market. We had a lovely room overlooking the park. Our room was clean and comfortable with a super comfy bed and pillows. A great selection of tea/coffee, including decaf. Unfortunately the undercover car park didn’t accommodate our 4x4.

Towels were fresh. Location. Parking.

Boiling water for kettle in bathroom. Cord not long enough in outer areas within unit.
Faeces travels. Who puts glasses on bathroom. I k ow, to clean teeth...really...
No water to drink in fridge. You tjomk for $400, it would've been a tad better. Clean, yes. Stayed in worse.
