Good, except for the breakfast mix up and the pool.
Pros:

Rooms spacious, clean with a nice kitchen and we loved the Dove brand toiletries.

Cons:

The desk clerk told us the wrong time for breakfast. We heard until 10:30, but when we got there at 9:30, they were already cleaning up and there was very little to eat. The workers cleaning up were not accommodating.

The temperature in the pool area was unbearably hot. There must of been some kind of problem. When you looked up at the vents, they were missing, so my guess is they were being repaired? It was very hot outside on the day we visited - 90 degrees, but it felt cool compared to that space - It was probably way over 100 degrees.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. We were playing games in the living room of our suite when security came to our door and asked us to be quiet at 7 PM. We were not even being loud is the problem. We were playing games. They told us we could move down to the lobby and play where there was no room because clearly people were having parties down there. I do not recommend this place and I would never return. Still waiting for a call from the manager.

Pros:

Breakfast and staff were great.

Cons:

Hotel is dated and poorly maintained. Peeling paint, cracks in walls, outdated televisions and loud/old heating. Pool was out of service due to broken glass for the 5 days I stayed. The elevators broke and were out of service for one. No compensation or reduction in cost was offered, which was irritating as I had booked this hotel specifically due to the amenities and the pictures making the hotel look less dingy than it was. I'm unlikely to stay again.

I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there were drug deals all night long, making it very uncomfortable. I felt like I was not safe at all. I didn't like the smell of the room. It smelt like sewage. I didn't like how dirty it felt. I didn't like that there were no amenities in the room. No coffee maker. They had electric heaters in the room. Very dangerous. The place was full of tension and high anxiety.

The room was awesome.

Cons:

The only reason I booked this hotel was they had a pool and hot tub. They were painting so we couldn't use facilities. Pissed me off enough, I won't stay at one again.

pool was down sadly but other than that i thought it was a little older and like not unkept. or modern. old paint. stuff like that. kinda expensive for it too seem like a old place. Employees looked like they didn't wanna be there lol
