Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

Advertising that they have a pool and hot tub but it’s actually permanently closed down. False advertising. I had my grandchildren who wanted to swim. Very disappointing. I should receive a discount for false pictures on website.

It was comfortable

Pros:

We love this hotel - the pool, breakfast, and rooms are great. But the best thing is the beds are the most comfortable I have ever had at a hotel!

Cons:

So, we had some issues during our stay - the pool was temporarily closed, there were towels available at the pool, and the king of them all, we had a fire alarm at 4am!

But despite the setbacks, the staff worked hard to make everything right, and that is worth a lot in my book! We love this place and will definitely be back soon!
