Ball DROPPED!
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in was pleasant and patient .,

Cons:

1) I spent 30 mins of MY TIME tryna get tv to work.
I called desk ( w/ MY PHONE ) and was on hold for 22 mins, I just hung up.
2) Phone in room didn’t work.
3) During Mothers Weekend these hotels price gouge ( double price rooms), and I’m not a mother of a college student. So, I paid $427 for a BASIC ROOM & LESS than basic breakfast… and OMG !!! All they had was powder like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and WATERED down O.J. During regular PAY stays they’ve had good breakfasts that included sausage,bacon. I went to discuss w/ front desk and he was SLEEP! I was so appalled, I forgot to take pic of breakfast :(

Cons:

Upon entering the room, it was noted that the 2 washcloths were on the floor in front of the toilet. The front desk staff was notified and we were given clean washcloths.

Pros:

Nothing will not be back.

Cons:

Public Bathrooms not clean. Room was not up to par. Got a kitchenette no pots, pans, utensils no dish soap. No trash can this should have been equipped with everything. Bed had no spread. Dingy

The cleanliness of the room could have been better
Pros:

I loved that the room was spacious..

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't clean . There were Mold in the bathroom. Dust all on the vents. I'm an asthmatic . For the price I expect cleanliness.

Pros:

This hotel was great for the price. The room was very large with a kitchen and sitting room. The outside needed a little spiffing up but for the most part it was great! There is a small bar in the lobby with a few gimbaling machines. The bar was out of ice while we were there, but it was a nice little area to end the evening.

Cons:

on arrival I waited in a long line of angry people to check in. everyone was being told they did not have rooms booked. after waiting a 1.5 hours in line at 10:00pm I left found another hotel for the night. I returned the next morning and they told me I had a room booked for that previous evening but they couldn't give it to me until that afternoon. I did finally get a room, but it was a total hassle and I would never stay there again. I will also not be using Booking.com again either.

If you dont expect much, you won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't bad. Orange juice dispenser dispensed orange colored water, not actual orange juice. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes on hot bar and yogurt, toast and a few apples on the cold side.

Cons:

Called OYO hotline to see how late I could check in. Was connected to a call center (maybe in india). Could not understand a word that the woman on the other end of the phone said, except for the part where she told me my room had been canceled in April. She gave me a direct dial number fot the hotel, which nobody answered after 35-40 rings. Left and drove to hotel earlier than I had planned to try to straighten things out. There was a sign on the desk that said "be back in 15 minutes". 30 minutes later someone finally walked in the front door. I did get checked in after some difficulties communicating with the guy behind the counter. Room was a suite. Ancient microwave, broken coffee pot and an ancient dorm fridge. Ancient couch also. Scuffs on the walls from furniture, giant dirty shoe print in the tub from I'm assuming the maid. Bed was fairly comfortable. The water was not hot. Best I could get was a luke warm shower. And I got back to the room at 11:30pm so I'm sure there was not a high demand on the water heater at that time.

I won't be staying here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

When I arrived there was a sign stating the hostess would be back in 15 minutes. There were 3 other couples waiting ahead of me. When I finally did get to check in U was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes before I could get the room because it was still being cleaned, this was at 8:30 at night. I told the hostess that there were three of us staying in the room but there were enough towels for two. We never got anymore towels and the two were no replaced with clean ones the next day

That it had a balcony

Cons:

1. Busted coffee pot, wasn't replaced when asked
2. Not enough towels. More were not brought when asked.
3. TV remote needed batteries. None brought when asked.
4. No hot water.
5. People running the halls all night
6. Witnessed 2 drug deals in the parking lot
7. Pictures show a bar and food at night. Its there, but they dont use it.
8..was not told breakfast ended at 9am. Even at 930am they wouldn't give us some coffee since.our pot in the room was broke.
We were booked for 2 nights, let after one
Have asked for a refund and have not received it yet.
