Pros:

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly.

Cons:

No safe in the room. The coffee area was very expensive for what it was. No access to a kettle, though there was a coffee maker.
No obvious entrance to hotel except through a parking area.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location, close to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Canal Street, and many of New Orleans’ main attractions. It was a convenient base for walking around the city, going out for live music, and enjoying the atmosphere of the French Quarter. The rooms looked renovated and comfortable, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

The hotel is not new, and in some parts of the building you can see that it has been operating for many years. However, the rooms appeared to be renovated and generally well maintained, so this was not a major issue for us.
