Room was nice....staff annoying
Cons:

Host repeating over and over that check in was 4:30. Hotel staff should realize that arrival time of guests is not always able to be planned for exact timing. You're out and about, hot in the current weather and you might arrive an hour early. We were pleasant about being willing to wait. Hotel rooms aren't all magically ready at 4:30....some are probably ready at 1 pm. We're not all trying to take advantage. Turned out we waited 1 1/2 hours but there was a miscommunication with housekeeper and our room had been ready. Frustrating.

WARNING: OVERCHARGED WHEN CHECKING IN
Cons:

I paid full on Booking to reserve my stay. I was forced to pay extra at front desk when checking in. This is absolutely a red line and unacceptable.

Decent Property, Close to the park!
Pros:

Our reservation was for an assessable room. And that is exactly what we got. They were very good that way. The room was very large.
It was very close to the park.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The room was old, it had been updated. Someone had tried. But it still was a very old hotel.
I didn’t like that the Keurig coffee pods were all white. We had to bring one to the office to ask if it was coffee or tea. They were all white. It didn’t say anywhere what it was.

Ok per una notte ma attenzione al late check in
Pros:

- Posizione buona per raggiungere l’ ingresso ovest Yosemite (una delle poche strutture ricettive disponibili se arrivate da nord)
- camera pulita e spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario

Cons:

- fee di 25$ per il check in effettuato dopo le 22
- nessuna possibilità di fare colazione, l’unico bar nei paraggi era piuttosto costoso
- scarsa comunicazione con il front desk
