Get away to relaxer’s and then self care.
Pros:

It’s a good vibe and the atmosphere very friendly; Shanthi front desk professional and very accommodating; all the staff friendly; dining and the hallways very clean.

My room very quiet and clean thank you all. The price very good….. you have very clean room; free breakfast lots of options; 24 hours coffee’s and tea’s with vending machines too.

Used points for 1 night but very disappointed
Pros:

Stayed here 1 night based on good reviews but sadly disappointed. Drain in the sink was completely clogged and was told maintenance could come the following morning, and not to be told the following morning that maintenance doesn’t work on sundays and that we should switch rooms - I mean we were checking out that morning. Secondly, there was mold and fungus in the shower basin and the smell of fill mold was pervasive throughout the room. We kind of felt like we needed to disinfect our bag and all our belongings. Hate to write such negative review but if you’re running a hotel the basic expectation for cleaning and maintenance is that a certain level of hygiene be maintained.

Very decent option to explore valley
Pros:

Location, comfort and breakfast was really good. Room were quite spacious, good for a family.

Cons:

You still need a car to explore the area, there are not any food options in 1km radius, but u can take 3km walk to get most of options.

Sufficient and Suited our needs
Pros:

Hotel was fine, need a car although train station is a 20 min walk away. Breakfast was, okay for a quick bite, but don't expect gourmet, it was sufficient. Room and bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony was a welcomed addition.
