Pros:

飯店的員工服務態度非常友善及良好。周圍環境還不錯，可以走路到桑尼威爾的圖書館及civi Hall 周圍樹木挺高大，白天出去走一走，空氣挺新鮮的。 飯店隔壁的小型商業購物中心，有一家越南麵店，挺好吃。 飯店的咖啡任意喝到飽，挺不錯！ 早餐雖然簡易，但足夠吃到飽。橘子汁＆牛奶挺好喝。

My go to place near Stanford
Pros:

I’ve stayed here 5 times and each time the room has been spotless, the breakfast has healthy items and not just carbs and they have charging stations with reasonable rates. It’s convenient to Stanford and lots of restaurants for any taste close by.

Stafff very prompt and helpful . Got me set up with in room coffee which I appreciated.
Pros:

Easy layout to get to front desk and amenities
Breakfast was hot and very good both days
All staff excellent and friendly

Good to stay but price should be down
Pros:

Location and accessibility was very good. Room was clean and hygienic too. Staff's behavior was very good.

Cons:

Room was initially assigned at Ground floor. Also, not much amenity available. Price should be reduced. Sometimes AC stopped working as well.

Budget friendly hotel with clean rooms

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Although it’s a smaller hotel, the hospitality and warmth we received made it feel truly special. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made us feel relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy — perfect for spending quality time together.

Get away to relaxer’s and then self care.
Pros:

It’s a good vibe and the atmosphere very friendly; Shanthi front desk professional and very accommodating; all the staff friendly; dining and the hallways very clean.

My room very quiet and clean thank you all. The price very good….. you have very clean room; free breakfast lots of options; 24 hours coffee’s and tea’s with vending machines too.

Used points for 1 night but very disappointed
Pros:

Stayed here 1 night based on good reviews but sadly disappointed. Drain in the sink was completely clogged and was told maintenance could come the following morning, and not to be told the following morning that maintenance doesn’t work on sundays and that we should switch rooms - I mean we were checking out that morning. Secondly, there was mold and fungus in the shower basin and the smell of fill mold was pervasive throughout the room. We kind of felt like we needed to disinfect our bag and all our belongings. Hate to write such negative review but if you’re running a hotel the basic expectation for cleaning and maintenance is that a certain level of hygiene be maintained.
