More than impressed with the hard working and thoughtful staff.
Pros:

Location perfect, staff VERY POLITE, quiet so delighted with the room prepared I noticed the thoughtful 'little things 'that where done from the desk to the room

Great place for a family getaway!
Pros:

Nestor! He is an outstanding receptionist who truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. And we also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub facilities with our kids.

Cons:

The hotel mattresses were far too soft for my taste, so I did not have a good night’s sleep. I would also suggest redoing the sealant around the bathtub, as it looks moldy and cannot be properly cleaned.
