Breakfast: The cinnamon buns are great. Pancake machine was not working: probably out of batter.
Housekeeping did not enter our room to clean during our 2-night stay. We got a letter under the door Aug. 16 telling us not to expect cleaning.

Super bummed about the pool and when I asked if we could be compensated he said no.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, some of the bagels were really hard loved the pancakes. Room and hotel was clean

Cons:

We came there for the pool a d when I called at 1pm eastern time to confirm my check in I was not informed the pool was closed. We drove 7.5 with a toddler that was ready to swim and could not. The beds really do not appear the be a queen size.
