Chef. Ravi was amazing in supporting and coordinating with us. Since we are pure veg. he supported us a lot everyday.

What a great place to stay! One of the best all round Hotels that we have recently enjoyed. From the minute we arrived all the team ensured that we were well looked after and really wanted our stay to be special. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent as was the service. Every morning we were met by Ravi at breakfast who made a connection with all the family and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. Not many Hotels are able to be on top of everything but they certainly were from our families perspective.

Everything about our stay was perfect
The staff were all professional helpful and friendly.
It is hard to remember names but Ravi, Mai and Rodney were a few.
However everyone, deserves recognition.
We love staying at Intercontinental Hotels and The Robertson Quay was superb.

My 28th staycation.
The service at this hotel is excellent. On arrival the porter Joey took my bag from the cab. He later brought it up to the room and even offered to introduce the room to me.
The front desk staff Joseph was very friendly and when he saw me in the lounge a few times he greeted me by name.
I had booked a junior suite with a river view. There were bars running across the window which blocked the view.
The toiletry items were in a cosmetic pouch. That was a nice touch, especially as mouthwash was included.
So far this is the only hotel I've encountered in Singapore which has done that. There were 2 sinks but what was good was that a set of hand-wash and body lotion was placed at both sinks. In other hotels with 2 sinks, only one set of hand-wash and body lotion is given and that is placed in the middle.
A box of tissue was placed by the bed in addition to the one in the bathroom. This is the only hotel I've come across in my staycations which has done this. This is very good so I don't need to go all the way to the bathroom for tissue.
I like the shower room which was a good size and the floor was not marble which can be slippery. Some hotels have big rooms but the shower room is tiny.
The rate I was charged was higher than my reservation rate. I only noticed it at about 9 plus pm when I was writing my notes. If I hadn't had the habit of writing notes I would have missed the error. The front desk manager on duty at that time corrected the error. The next day at checkout, Amira assisted with the refund.
My original welcome amenity, a plate of kuehs and sweets, was in my room uncovered when I returned to my room after tea. As it was uncovered, I thought it was unhygienic and asked the front desk manager to remove it. She kindly asked if she I would like it replaced with fruit. I said okay and she sent a basket of fruit the next day.
Service at the club lounge was also excellent.
However, the afternoon tea which came in a set was mostly sweet rather than savoury. The evening canapés were also partly in a set and partly buffet. The variety was very limited, consisting of mostly deep-fried items. I would have preferred some non deep-fried items which would be healthier.
The breakfast at Publico was also more limited in variety compared to other hotels. Daniel was very attentive in his service.
The concierge was very helpful also when assisting with the Tokyo bike.
Overall, the room and service were excellent. The major let-down was the range of food in the club lounge and breakfast at Publico. Also, any sweets or food items as welcome amenities should be covered as that is more hygienic.

We enjoyed a wonderful and memorable stay in Singapore. The room, lounge, and food were great. Dining at Publico was excellent. The staff at the Intercontinental made our stay truly special. Concierge Deborah was helpful and a good resource of information. Bell Philip was always happy and helpful. This is one of the very best hotels we have visited.

The experience at the Intercontinental Singapore and their Publico restaurant was excellent. We have been to several Intercontinentals around the world and this was one of the very best. Staff wanted to go out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. The front desk and restaurant managers came by at least a couple of times each time to make sure we had everything. The breakfast at Publico was the best, lots of choices of hot and cold items, masterfully prepared and always fresh. Our bolognese pizza and seafood dinner were memorable too. This is a place to relax and return to.

Happy to enjoy the trip. The hotel service is good and the restaurant manager Li Chin is proactive and very helpful to provide service. Good !

Love the location and atmosphere in the restaurants, Publico, thanks to Lichin The that makes my life easier while enjoinf bfast!

Spacious room and very clean, no dust anywhere. Quiet with block out blinds. Slept well.
Luggage delivered to the room from the taxi.
En suite shower had a rain forest shower head with good pressure and easy to control temperature.
Staff were polite, professional and courteous.
Location was good, plenty of places to eat and drink at near by and it was lovely to walk along the quay.
Delicious and well run breakfast service. I was surprised by how good the coffee was.

My stay at the InterContinental was truly wonderful. The hospitality of the entire hotel staff made me look forward to returning again in just a few days.
A special mention goes to the Lounge staff—especially Miss Deborah. Her warm and welcoming approach made my dinner time incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.

Another epic comeback to my 2nd home in singapore with Intercontential Robertson. Glad to have a quick recharge over the long weekend.

The seamless early check-in, well-conditioned room, top-notched customer service and delicacies from the club lounge are the highlights of my stay.

Special mentions to:
1. Vin whom contacted me beforehand to verify my stay requests and assured the best service his team can provide during my arrival.
2. The front desk team for the perfect coordination on fulfilling my check-in requests despite the large in-flow of guests.

During this stay, I am glad there were no negative mentions by my guests and neither from myself. However, I do recommend 2 improvements which can help the hotel in the long run.

Intercontential Club lounge - As a repeat customer over the past visits, I noticed a trend of similar dishes. I suggest some minor changes in dishes served especially during the happy hour.

Guest Room Maintenance - Noticed some minor defects from the socket outlet as it can't be plugged properly. In addition, the door stopper for the bath room door seems a little damaged from deterioration.

I will be looking forward to my next visit with Intercontential Robertson.

We had 7 nights at the intercontinental in June. I can’t recommend the staff highly enough
Deborah on the concierge desk was amazing she went above and beyond to help us on a few occasions from dinner reservations to laundry
The lounge staff were delightful A special call out to Vivya, Bethany, Rodney and the manager Vin
Ravi the manager in the restaurant was great and very attentive.
All in all our stay was very pleasant
My only criticism would be that the room was quite small but it was comfortable

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on our way to Langkawi from Sydney.
Christine, Eunice, Joseph and their team could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. It was prompt and polite.
Been a IHG gold mrmbet for a long time and this time stay was outstanding. I shall returning to the hotel on the 3/6/26
Can't wait to enjoy the team maintain such high standards.

Had a really solid stay at the InterContinental Robertson Quay in a King Suite. The location right by the river is excellent, but what stood out was how well they handle guest privileges and hospitality toward myself as Diamond Elite Ambassador.

The Highlights:
Club Lounge: The evening cocktail hour is genuinely good. They serve proper, well-made drinks (like classic martinis and daiquiris) rather than cheap house pours, alongside a nice selection of evening canapés and sparkling wine.

Breakfast at Publico: A great, flexible morning spread. It’s highly customizable, making it easy to put together a clean, high-protein meal (like fresh omelets, egg whites, and smoked salmon) without a fuss.

Flexibility & Hospitality: They gave me a 4:00 PM late checkout, which made the Monday much more relaxed. Even better, because my Suite room wasn't ready immediately upon arrival as the previous Ambassador guest was utilising their late checkout, they seamlessly provided a resting room for me to use in the meantime. It’s a small operational touch, but it makes a massive difference in the overall experience.

Overall, a fantastic, high-value stay. Highly recommended if you want a seamless, relaxed experience in Singapore.
