High cost for a mediocre experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The AC didn’t cool sufficiently. The room was small for a 5 Star property. The breakfast was hectic with poor coffee delivery times each day.

Fantastisch hotel voor toeristen en zakelijke bezoeken.
Pros:

Buitengewone service en aandacht door het personeel.
De receptionist CK heeft ons bijondergoed geholpen.
Prachtige kamer, centrale ligging en een zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt

Problema di umiditá
Pros:

L'hotel vanta una bellissima posizione

Cons:

Purtroppo la mia camera ha avuto un incredibile problema di umiditá 70% , anche se ho chiesto il deumidificatore il problema non si é risolto totalmente.
Il sistema di aria condizionata non é intuitivo e si da fatica a spegnerlo, ho dovuto chiedere alla reception come fare. Era settato su 20 gradi e si gelava oltre a un ' umiditá spaventosa. Mi sono pentita di non aver chiesto subito di cambiare camera.
