Great place for pizza and pasta. Portion is big and service from Mac was excellent.
The location is lovely - it is nice being along the river and we enjoyed biking and seeing the local restaurants and the city. We walked to China Town from the hotel and enjoyed dinner and shopping there. It was easy to order taxis to go to other parts of the island and see other tourist sites. The hotel itself had small, though ample, rooms, and the pool is tiny. The staff treated us very well and the executive lounge was very nice. We definitely felt the hotel cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We had wonderful time here, food is excellent, and the staffs (especially Li-Chin, and Julie) are even much more amazing to provide a unforgettable night. Thanks for having us ! We’ll be back definitely.
Chef Jason provided delicious food in the club lounge and was also assisted efficiently by colleagues Chewie and Adi.
Waiter Min went above and beyond serving drinks and food attentively throughout our stay. He also had a cheery disposition the whole time and made us feel most welcome knowing our names from arrival .
Ganapathy G was very knowledgeable helping us plan our daily activities as concierge which was fabulous. He offered an itinerary for every day which was of great help
We truly enjoy the excellent service we have received from Intercontinental hotels. We frequently reserve transportation and it is always nice to see again the pleasant drivers we have met before. This time was no exception as we both recognised one another.
The check in was done at the Club Lounge by Jaycee who was extremely helpful and friendly. As always, the Club Lounge provides excellent service and is so accommodating. Everyone was most pleasant, we especially enjoyed getting to know Adi.
We had a business dinner in the Lebanese restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good as well as the service. The manager was very nice and order the selection for us, we were not disappointed😊.
We also were glad to meet Kavindraan Shanmugan (Vin) the manager, who welcomed us and stated the commitment of the hotel to provide the highest service. We enjoyed our 8 night business stay very much and did not encounter any problems whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Robertson Quay. It is well located and we be loved that it wasn’t a really busy/hectic area.
The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly.
The room was fairly spacious and well laid out with all the amenities one needed. Good breakfast at Publico restaurant.
Rooms are small for an Intercontinental.

We couldn’t get into the Club lounge as it was full so the helpful staff moved us downstairs to Publico restaurant for our two hours of free flow drinks & canapés. While initially we were disappointed at not getting into the lounge, our mood quickly changed as the staff at Publico treated us like royalty, especially the wonderful Jaspreet who was professional, engaging and anticipated our every need for the full two hours and could not have made the experience any better. We will be back.

A stunning hotel in Singapore, good location, nice atmosphere, room clean and comfortable, very nice,helpfull and friendly front desk staff.
We stayed at the Intercontinental Robertson Quay because of its location. It’s right near the river with lots of restaurants. You can walk the river to Clarks Quay. We stayed in a Club room so we could have access to the lounge where from 6-8 you have food and drinks available. The breakfast in the lounge is good but if you want more variety, go downstairs to Publico for breakfast as it has a large breakfast buffet. The pool is tucked away on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet when we used it after dinner. I’m not sure if it was because we had a Club room but the hotel sent us a booklet with places that we could get a free app or 10% of restaurant bill if we showed them our room key. The room is smaller than some of the Coub rooms from other Intercontinentals but still nice. The AC works almost too good as it was always cold when we got in our room. I would definitely stay there again.
The location was excellent.
The AC didn’t cool sufficiently. The room was small for a 5 Star property. The breakfast was hectic with poor coffee delivery times each day.
Great hotel with great staff. A small intercontinental hotel with a big heart at Robertson Quay. Lots of dining options and great Club Lounge headed by Adi and his team.
The chef concierge, Deborah, is there to greet you and makes you feel at home.
