Great check in, we arrived early and they texted us when room was ready and bags were already waiting for us in the room when we arrived.
Breakfast was excellent.

My wife and I stayed here at the beautiful hotel for 4 nights. It was fantastic. I recommend you book a Club Room.
The hotel is very modern and conveniently located right by Clarke Quay riverside. The hotel and rooms were a little small, but very space-efficient and filled with all of the amenities you'd need. The Club lounge staff was very friendly and helpful. The Publico restaurant is very pretty and a great place for breakfast buffet. A big thanks to everyone at the Club lounge, especially Edmund, Maya, Julie, Adi, and the friendly front desk staff.
Excellent service provided by Eva, which makes the entire dining experience at Publico an enjoyable one.

From the moment you arrive until the moment we left, the staff were so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
Ravi and Li Chi (with the biggest smile) and all the staff we saw everyday for breakfast in the Publico restaurant.
Aravin and the concierge and valet team, never missed a beat!

Singapores Intercontinental at Robertson Quay is a real treasure. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the ClubIntercontinental benefits package that included breakfast, afternoon tea and nightly drinks and snacks. The service was exceptional, particularly Adi and Pauline and teammates Cluwie and Vivya. The related Publico Italian restaurant is now our favourite for the food and unbeaten service. Strongly recommended.

Der Hotel Manager Vin hat uns mit 2 kleinen Geschenken in unserem Zimmer überrascht, die Aufmerksamkeit hat uns sehr gefreut und spiegelte die ganze Atmosphäre im Hotel wieder.
