The shower had good water pressure, but the blocked sink, cemetery view, and cockroach made our stay

Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The sink was blocked and was only partially repaired on the second day. The room faced directly onto a cemetery, which was not shown in the photos or description and caused significant stress for our 10-year-old child. Despite repeated requests, the hotel could not offer another room. There was also a live cockroach in the room, so we had to carefully inspect all our belongings before leaving.

wir sind schon öfters dort untergekommen und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Durch eine falsche Stornierung haben freunde von mir kein Zimmer bekommen. Ich hatte anstatt doppelzimmer ein 3-Bettzimmer wodurch dieses Paar mit bei mir ins Zimmer konnte. Durch entgegenkommen des Hotels haben wir das Frühstück inklusive bekommen (wenn auch ohne Brötchen)

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

That they provided a refund for our second night when we said we could not stay another night.

Cons:

Everything. Were told we had a reserved car park but didn’t. Were then told there was plenty of free street parking but there wasn’t so ended up parking a 15minute walk away. Had 3 rooms booked and 2 had extreme smoke smell. The fire escape door was tied open with a rope meaning anyone could access the hotel. The area looked extremely run down and we were too scared to leave the room.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist unbestritten.

Cons:

Durchgelegene Betten, auf denen einfach nur ein Topper liegt. Wasser läuft nicht ab in der Dusche, Handtücher haben Flecke, überall waren dunkle Haare und Spinnweben.
Waschbecken und Dusche nicht gereinigt.
