Typowy hotel na obrzeżach miasta. Nic specjalnego, a zapach pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
Pros:

Hotel położony blisko drogi prowadzącej na Sanibel Island. W niedużej odległości (dla poruszających się samochodem) znajduje się Downtown beach, miejsce pełne restauracji i barów które znajduje się bezpośrednio przy plaży. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie hotelu jest duży Wallmart i stacja benzynowa. Pokój odpowiednich rozmiarów, łazienka spora i w pełni wyposażona. Obsługa w hotelu raczej pomocna, chociaż niezbyt proaktywna. Basen raczej symboliczny. Pobliskie plaże są dużo lepszą opcją.

Cons:

Czystość pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Szczególnie części wspólne, a kwintesencją jest wycieraczka znajdująca się przy wejściu z napisem Welcome:) Generalnie to co przeszkadzało najbardziej, to zapach w pokoju (najogólniej mówiąc czuć stęchlizną). Wyposażenie raczej sfatygowane, chociaż nie można mieć większych zastrzeżeń co do działania. Śniadania z cyklu "kontynentalnych" czyli to co we wszystkich sieciówkach (chociaż po 9:30 w zasadzie zostają tylko gofry bo reszta nie jest już uzupełniania)
