Excelente Hotel, lo recomiendo 100%
Pros:

Las habitaciones excelentes. Un hotel muy tranquilo y acogedor. Él personal de trabajo muy atento y servicial. En especial la atención de jesse el front desk, excelente trato y atención. Recomiendo este hotel 100 %

Alles perfekt, aber Schimmelproblem

Alles war eigentlich nahezu perfekt, beim Frühstück gab es viel mehr Auswahl als gewöhnlich, die Betten waren bequem, gute Poolanlage mit tollen Öffnungszeiten, immer Kaffee, viele Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter usw.

Cons:

Leider gab es ein wirklich massives!! Schimmelproblem auf den Zimmern, ich kann nur raten nach dem ersten Zimmerwechsel nicht direkt aufzugeben, da es unterschiedlich schwer zu sein scheint. Liegt bestimmt noch an den Hurricane Schäden, ich hätte sonst 10 Sterne vergeben, aber das war leider ein echtes Problem für uns

Front desk staff was so sweet and helpful, Leza..liza not sure of spelling. The evening was great as well! Room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

The pool had debris in it and the pool chairs could use a good washing. No TV channels or movies for the rainy day we had.

Genial, cercano a playa y excelente desayuno.

Excelente recepcion, fuimos atendidos por Karla, felicitaciones para ella fue cordial, amable y atenta a todo lo que requerimos. El Hotel tiene Excelente ubicación para ir a FortMyer beach, 6min y ya estamos en la playa.
El Desayuno 10 de 10, el mejor de los 9 hoteles que estuvimos. Limpio, ordenado, comedor grande y amplio, excelente café, y gran variedad de opciones para comer. Maquina de hielo 1er piso funciona 100%, sector de piscina cómodo cumple. El Hotel esta a 50 metros de Walmart, fuimos caminando, fue genial, necesitamos comprar y eso fue espectacular. Sector tranquilo y nada de ruido

Cons:

La.lavanderia, esta en 4to piso, solo funciona hasta las media noche, lástima que solo tiene 1 maquina lavadora y 1 maquina secadora. Poco para la demanda de los huéspedes.

No elevators. Smelled musty.

I stayed 3 nights. Initially, they gave me a room on the first floor, but since it smelled musty, I asked to be moved. They moved me to the third floor, which seemed a bit better at first, but considering I couldn't open the window and they only clean every other day, it quickly developed a musty and damp smell there too. The day after I arrived, the alarm went off in the middle of my 3-year-old's nap, and we had to evacuate the building. The firefighters came and said it was a problem with one of the two elevators. The next day, the elevators broke down again, and I had to carry 3 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons down the stairs. The minibar froze everything, and the ice machine on the third floor didn't work. The staff was very attentive, but they could do nothing to remedy our experience

Pros:

The location is excellent for enjoying Sanibel Island. Just 15 mins from it. Very clean. We stayed with our pet dog very accommodating. We really enjoy it.
