Always a nice experience and Rati at the Bar on floor 3 has exceptional service. The spa treatment were lovely.

Our recent family trip to The 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home.

The setting is absolutely breathtaking, nestled between the mountains and the ocean, every view felt like a postcard. Whether it was watching the sunset over the Atlantic or enjoying a peaceful morning with the sound of waves, the atmosphere was pure serenity.

What truly stood out was the service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family, always friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay special. They made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.

We had the best time here, the staff were so friendly and attentive. Khungeka was our waitress for the evening and she was so kind and always made sure I was happy! The front desk manager Teogho was also so kind and lovely to speak to. The food as always when I am fortunate enough to come to 12A, is always immaculate! What a lovely hotel and amazing hospitality! Highly recommend!

We had the most delightful stay at 12 Apostles. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly. The restaurants and bars offer a great mix and have excellent vegan offerings. The location is really central to various points by car or uber. Would highly recommend. Thank you team for such a memorable stay!

We had the most unforgettable stay at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa while celebrating a special birthday for my husband. When they say 5-star, they truly mean it. This is easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we travel often.

From the moment the booking was made right through to our departure, the service was impeccable. The team followed up after my reservation, helped arrange special birthday touches, and even took care of our dinner booking and private movie screening in advance, which made everything feel effortless.

On arrival, valet took care of our car seamlessly, and while our room was being prepared, we enjoyed a relaxed lunch at The Leopard Bar. The food was delicious, the cocktails were amazing, and the service was warm and attentive.

We were then upgraded to a beautiful, spacious pool-facing room with easy access to the pool, such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was stunning, comfortable, and filled with special details. We were welcomed with champagne on ice, a glass already poured, balloons, and macarons for the birthday. I had pre-ordered a cake, and it turned out to be the best chocolate cake we’ve ever had. It was delivered straight to our room and was absolutely perfect.

The complimentary shuttle service to Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront was another highlight. The driver was incredibly friendly, shared lovely stories, and the shuttle was stocked with snacks. It felt safe, smooth, and very well organised.

Later, we spent time at the spa, which was exactly what we needed on a chilly, rainy afternoon. The hydro pools, which are complimentary for guests, were such a treat. We relaxed with healthy drinks and snacks before enjoying the most incredible back, neck, and shoulder massages. The therapists were exceptional, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The birthday nougat was such a sweet and thoughtful touch.

In the evening, we had a three-course dinner at Azure Restaurant. Once again, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous and satisfying. We then enjoyed a movie in the private theatre, complete with milkshakes, popcorn, and sweets, such a fun and unique experience.

Returning to our room later that evening, we were welcomed by turn-down service that made us feel like royalty. Robes laid out, chocolates on the bed, and every little detail perfectly prepared for a cosy night in.

The next morning, breakfast at Azure was just as impressive, with a wide variety of options from fresh fruits to warm dishes, all served with exceptional care.

As we checked out, we were sent off with more thoughtful treats and the warmest goodbye.

After an incredible wedding week in Stellies with some life long friends, we decided to spend our last night in CT at the 12 Apostles.

Having specifically selected this once in a lifetime hotel in celebration of my wife's birthday we were truly blown away by the friendly staff and extremely attentive service especially Deone who checked us in and made sure we were taken care of. From the custom offerings to the tailormade experience every touch point felt curated.

As if our stay couldn't get any better, there was some maintenance happening near our room and the hotel was rather busy, when suddenly they offered us an upgrade to get us away from the hustle. Upon returning from lunch we found our luggage had been moved to room 108... Needless to say we were escorted to the Presidential Suite!

The height of absolute luxury with unforgettable views, we could barely get to sleep that night with all the excitement and a truly once in a lifetime experience!

A special thank you to all the staff, especially Deono and Sedika who made sure my wife was celebrated in every way possible.

I have been a regular guest at the Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa for more than two decades, and it remains one of my favorite places in Cape Town. The unique location, breathtaking ocean views, and the calm, refined atmosphere make every stay truly special.

What stands out most is the consistently excellent and attentive service. From the management team (Michael/Juan) to the reception, including Ashlen and his colleagues, as well as the teams in the restaurant, bar, and by the pool, everything is handled with great care and professionalism.

Once again, I felt very much at home, enjoying a level of comfort and hospitality that keeps me coming back time and time again.

A truly exceptional place to experience Cape Town.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, particularly a lady by the name of Sisonke by Azure restaurant who was really helpful, professional and really took care of us. The gentlemen driving the shuttle were also very helpful, Ayanda and Vuyani.

Had an incredible experience at The 12 Apostles! The hotel and its views are as stunning as the pictures🤩. The staff are warm and friendly (even the early birds clearing up for the day have a smile for you!) and the food is great. Kept returning to the Azure restaurant - the Karoo lamb and wine selection (Raats!!) are must-tries! We shall definitely return!
