Wonderful memories, wonderful hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel to begin a year of milestone birthday and anniversary celebrations for us. The location is stunning and the staff are outstanding. 12 Apostles looked after us with excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to make our stay very memorable.

A slice of heaven
Pros:

Beautiful property and spa. I felt like I was on a movie set. There are trails behind the hotel filled with native plants. The spa has cold plunge, salt water, and hydrotherapy pools. The breakfast has everything that you could want. Ocean view room is devine.

Pros:

It is a beautiful venue with friendly and professional staff. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We celebrated a birthday - thank you for making it special.

Cons:

The room was cold. Although there was an aircon, it was problematic keeping it on as it blew a wind over the beds. We therefore switched it off. There was no extra blankets in the room. An electric blanket would have made a big difference.

Leopard Bar breakfast
Pros:

We had a truly lovely breakfast at Leopard Bar at The Twelve Apostles. The setting and atmosphere were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall experience felt relaxed and luxurious.

A special mention must go to our waitress, Rati, who was absolutely exceptional. She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask, which made the service feel incredibly attentive and effortless. She was also beautifully presented, warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our breakfast.

High Tea at the Leopard Room
Pros:

We were waited by Rati and had a wonderful experience. She was so kind and incredibly patient and the whole experience was one to remember for sure. We couldn’t recommend the High Tea in the Leopard Room more!

Wonderful anniversary lunch
Pros:

Absolutely amazing! We came as a belated anniversary lunch (vegan) and not only was the food amazing but the service was perfect! Yonela was wonderful, attentive and on it with our food, drinks and our anniversary dessert! We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon.

from arrival to leaving we were spoilt with views to die for, weather par excellence, polite service, guidance and attention to detail. Our hostess, Rati was attentive, informative and most helpful. A wonderful experience to celebrate a special 43rd wedding anniversary.
