Always the best treat! Beautiful facilities, the staff are so highly trained in massage and you feel like you are a million miles away from reality.
We were waited by Rati and had a wonderful experience. She was so kind and incredibly patient and the whole experience was one to remember for sure. We couldn’t recommend the High Tea in the Leopard Room more!

Great restaurant. The food was fantastic and our waiter Yonela was superb. She was very attentive and really made sure that we had a special experience. We will be back for sure !
Absolutely amazing! We came as a belated anniversary lunch (vegan) and not only was the food amazing but the service was perfect! Yonela was wonderful, attentive and on it with our food, drinks and our anniversary dessert! We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon.
An amazing High Tea ..
from arrival to leaving we were spoilt with views to die for, weather par excellence, polite service, guidance and attention to detail. Our hostess, Rati was attentive, informative and most helpful. A wonderful experience to celebrate a special 43rd wedding anniversary.

We just completed a 4 night stay at Twelve Apostles. What a lovely experience (except for the weather!). The staff were consistently positive, upbeat, helpful and welcoming. And the food at Azure, the main restaurant, was very good, particularly the venison, sashimi, tuna tartare and the filet. Our room and en suite were large and comfortable. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. This is a great place to stay!

Asanda was great! We had a complicated order (my family kind of just made up their own thing…) and it was handled perfectly, we got everything we wanted and it was tasty! Service was attentive and accommodating.

What a fabulous Mother’s Day experience. The food was delicious, the champagne flowed, without having to ask! (Who even knew it was bottomless champagne?). What a treat! Highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience during our recent visit to the Twelve Apostles hotel while celebrating my 40th birthday. From the first day the staff made me feel very special and always catered all our needs and then some. Amelia, Slindile and Lunga stood out as they were an example of what service at a 5 star hotel should be. The location is perfect with stunning views and the Grill Bar restaurant food was out of this world. As regular Cape Town visitors it will be hard to stay anywhere else
Service was pleasant. My overall experience was wonderful!
