Got to spend more time here
Pros:

Outstanding care and service. Superior level comfortable and appointment of bedroom and bathroom. Lovely views and naturally fresh air. Food safe for celiacs was critical to resting. Marvelous pools and spa facilities.

Cons:

Our gowns were really small. Even after ask8ng for bigger ones, they were a little bit uncomfortable.

Stunning boutique hotel with incredible views.
Pros:

Perfect stay for our 20th anniversary. Absolutely lovely staff, attentive and kind. They made every effort to make our stay memorable, from a free room upgrade to a stunning table with views for dinner. This place is magic.

Cons:

A bit of noise from the road, but you cannot beat the views!

Wonderful and highly memorable
Pros:

Everything. It was utterly superb.

Cons:

The dinner at the Azure restaurant was underwhelming and not commensurate with the overall excellence of the hotel.

Pros:

The venue is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the ocean. It is a boutique hotel which means that it wasn't overly populated. The staff went pit of their way to make us feel comfortable and addressed any issues that we had immediately

Fint hotell, mycket trevlig och uppmärksam personal.
Pros:

Fantastisk frukost, väldigt trevlig och uppmärksam personal.
Vacker utsikt.

Cons:

Rummen skulle behöva en uppfräschning.
Poolområdet var ganska litet , svårt att få plats om man kom sent på eftermiddagen.

Most disappointing stay ever in a supposedly iconic hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location, and our room was beautiful. But service was extremely poor - so many issues I cannot fit them into the next section.

Cons:

Rooms clearly not cleaned - there was rubbish left in the wardrobes and drawers.

Toilets by bar filthy - when we complained they said this was because they were hosting a wedding.

Tried to serve us warm white wine - and when we complained told us that this was because it was a hot day and (again) because they had a wedding on.

Receptionist made a huge thing about having booked us a place on sunset terrace for watching sunset - but turned out this was in the inside very hot bar.
When we complained a waiter managed to squeeze us in outside - but with one of us sitting on an uncomfortable pouffe where waiters were tripping over him - whilst an adjacent table (obviously more honoured guests!) had their dog sitting on a chair in a prime position.

Did not provide napkins at meals unless asked for them. Breakfast order was so slow we gave up and left. Various requests for basic items (napkins, butter, cutlery) were ignored.

Tiny pool and no effort to manage sun bed hogging - no beds in the shade available at all in the couple of hours we spent there, although at least half of the beds were only occupied by a book and a towel.

After a very lengthy dispute with management we were given some apologies and a discount, but this failed to compensate for the thoroughly disappointing visit.

Pros:

I am reluctant to give the 12 Apostles a great review simply because the place is perfect! and we would like to keep the place secret! We are in the process of booking it for next year.

Exceptional
Pros:

Came in post op while waiting to travel.
Reservations took special care in making sure that my stay, short notice as it was was catered to with all my ailments.

The staff was exceptional tending to my temporary disability.

The food, aesthetics, location and comfort was unmeasurable.

Plenty restaurants on site with a gorgeous menus with an array of options.

Definitely coming back !

Cons:

I had to leave!

A fine hotel and spa set in a lovely location.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel and spa. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour of all the facilities. The sunsets from the restaurant terrace were outstanding. The hotel is quiet and, although some way out of the centre of Cape Town the free shuttle bus offers a good service for those who wish to visit the city. Although the Leopard Bar can become rather crowded there are other spaces where one can enjoy a quiet drink. Service in the restaurant was first class and the unexpected spectacular dry ice infused sorbet was a real surprise.

Great hotel and great staff
Pros:

My husband and I have just stayed three nights at the Twelve Apostles.

From arriving to departing we had a great stay. Every corner is immaculate, inside and outside. The hotel had all you could want…..lovely towels and bedding, turn down, 24 hour gym ( I used the gym every day and it had great equipment) and a great shuttle service.

Breakfast was excellent, the fruit amazing and choices of cooked, salad, pancakes etc. We had lunch in the cafe once and dinner in the Leopards Bar twice, again excellent.

The nicest thing about this hotel are the staff. Always smiling and ready to help, too many to mention but I have to mention Lu-Lu who was one of the Shuttle Drivers. He was an encyclopaedia of knowledge about everything and we so enjoyed our journeys with him.

Hopefully we will return to this lovely hotel and thanks to everyone for looking after us.

Pros:

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich

Cons:
