Excellent property with large modern clean rooms. Large comfortable clean beds. Bathroom was basic but everything worked and contained the essentials. It is located a few miles away from Marina Bay sands so either download the Grab app for Uber style taxi service or do what I did and use the MRT station located 30 seconds across the road 🙂and it’s 4 stops (15 mins) to Marina Bay.
Staff couldn’t be any nicer. They were typical Singaporean hospitality , warm , friendly and welcoming. Highly efficient, communicate well and do everything to go out your way.
They also serve an excellent breakfast with both Asian and European breakfasts in a buffet with a fresh omelette station, pancake machine, fresh fruit, cheese, meats, french sticks, croissants etc. Again this is a 4 star hotel so your choices are limited. For example cold drinks are water, apple & orange juice but they cover the essential bases well.
Roxy has an excellent gym with facilities like a yoga mats, spinning bike, free weights, smith machine, rower, elliptical etc. Their swimming pool is nice and large although largely sits in the shade due to being surrounded by high rises.
The staff also put on a special treat one afternoon offering free food and drinks such as prawn spring rolls, vegan chicken nuggets and a selection of drinks!
The hotel is favoured by cabin crew so guess this must be a good choice?

The fixed shower head. Would prefer a handheld shower as for myself and those ladies with long hair who took bath twice a day and washed hair once a day, the handheld shower would definitely be more appropriate and convenient

I love the Hotel and will stay there every trip in the future
Stayed here as a quick stopover between long haul flights. I received a lovely welcome and an upgraded room as an Accor Gold member which was much appreciated. The location is absolutely fabulous, close to MRT, shops, and places to dine. I also enjoyed the pool area, there were ample tv channels and the bed was comfy. The room size was fantastic and very spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard I would expect for an Accor property. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade, particularly the tiles and the shower curtain which had visible mould.
The shower was extremely strong in pressure and not pleasant. There were also some stains on the carpet and furnishings.
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, location was fantastic but unfortunately due to the cleanliness I would not recommend this hotel or stay again unless improvements were made.
Second time here… awesome location (across the street is a full shopping center and a MTR which is a few stops away from Marina Bay. Hotel is super clean. The staff are the biggest asset! Ms. Yu, recognized me from my previous stay and welcomed me back. Grace, at the breakfast buffet always had a cheerful smile and memorized my name and room number
The room size is well above what you would typically receive in Singapore at this cost level. Other reviews said the rooms were severely dated, and whilst I can see slightly what they were getting at decor wise, it wasn't that bad at all. Very functional rooms.
The MRT is outside and has good access into CBD/chinatown (20-30m door to door); the busses also go from outside and go pretty much everywhere. The Citymapper app was great for working out where.
We did not try the hotel's restaurants as there is a fantastic hawker centre across the road full of cheap and tasty eats.
Something to be aware of is that the pool is not that deep (1.2m max) and tends to have children in most of the day, which is great for parents/families but less great for relaxing. The sun loungers have no shade, which is an odd choice.
We booked a king bed with our child and expected to share the bed but they had already made up a small bed for her. We checked out but didn’t fly until 9pm and they offered us a key to use the gym to freshen up before our flight. Location and facilities were great.
Clean and quiet , very good breakfast .
