Basic as basic gets
Pros:

A very basic hotel frequented by cabin crew and those working in travel. It is very functional with no standout features. Rooms are standard, with strong a/c - a bit too much if your asking me. Check in takes far too long. I find it annoying and dangerous how rooms have a step in the bathroom which I stubbed my toe on.
Gym is ok, breakfast is very good.

When I made the booking through Booking.com, breakfast was included. However, upon arrival I was informed that breakfast was not included and I had to pay extra for it. The bill I received shows a room upgrade instead of the breakfast that was supposed to be part of my booking. Because of this mistake I am unable to claim the cost from my company.
