Close to the airport, comfortable room and clean.
The check in process took a long time, actually the longest one I ever experienced.
Very courteous staff. Especially, Grace who is the restaurant manager at the bfast buffet. The hotel was kept clean and neat. Prompt service. Pool is of decent size and the gym is well equipped. Self-serve Laundromat is efficient and good for long stays. Spacious room. Easy access to restaurants and malls around the area. Right outside the MRT and bus stops, so this is a huge plus.

Great location, easy check in and lovely staff
The hotel is in a lovely, slightly quirky, part of town, with some beautiful 1920s shophouses and some unusual shops. If you stay, don’t miss them. It’s an easy 15-20 min walk.
If you want the full on shopping experience the Marine Drive MRT station is literally outside the hotel. I chose the hotel partly for its excellent MRT connections to the Gardens on the Bay, but unfortunately i only had one day and it rained the whole time so I missed them.
For those with late night flights, they can sell you an extra 6 hrs for around S$100, something I found really worthwhile.

So close to the Marine Parade station with access to city or airport and a large mall. Staff Yu was very pleasant and helpful. Upgrade to sea view was apprecuated. Room was large with good decor

This time the position of the room 1001 and all those with 01 at the end are positioned next to the lift which are noisy as a railway
I already mentioned the bath tub which is not very comfortable as the shower is fixed to the wall and the access is difficult and slippery
