Clean and Good Value
Pros:

The staff at check in was very nice. He was friendly and genuine. We couldn't get our tv to work and he came right up. Breakfast was included.

Cons:

Had problems getting the TV to work. One person told us to reset it. It didn't work we got new batteries for the remote. I came to figure it out myself. Maybe have instruction guide. Also need to have a liw sugar dry cereal choice and plain Greek yogurt without any sugar like Chobani. Get one that has no sugar additives. Need more than one treadmill. And put the TV on a wall that you can see it while using the machines.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Pool was great to swim.

Cons:

Room was a little tighter than others we have had. POOL DOOR, there was an access door to the pool from outside, not needing to go through the hotel that was always "opened" not closing fully or properly. Think that should get fixed for safety of guests. In my two night stay, I would say we visited the pool 4 or 5 times, closing that door each time.

Glad we chose Hampton Inn Groton
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, digital check in and out went smoothly. Coffee bar and Fresh fruit available 24/7. Complimentary breakfast area was clean and comfortable - no blaring TV, and had a variety of tasty breakfast items to choose from. Hotel was quiet, our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We missed seeing a Gideon Bible in our room, which would have been a nice addition. Good value and location.
