נסענו מבוסטון לניו יורק. בשעות המאוחרות של הערב. התחיל גשם חזר, גשם זלפות. בשלב מסוים החלטתי שחייבים לעזור לישון בסביבה. עצרתי וחיפשתי מלון ב booking inn. ראיתי המלצה על המלון Hampton Inn Groton/Mystic. מילאתי את הפרטים, העברתי התשלום , העתקתי שם המלון ל google map. הכוונה להגיע במקסימום מהירות למלון. הגעתי אבל הפקיד במלון אמר לנו: sorry זה מלון אחר, זה Hampton Inn Mystic ?? והסביר לי אך לנסוע בלילה כאשר בחוץ גשם בלתי פוסק למלון השנ Hampton Inn Groton. עשרים 'דקות קשים של גשם וגם חושך. אני מבקש להפריד בין השמות:

Just say no!
Pros:

Booked a completely non-refundable king suite 2 weeks in advance. Arrived to find a (much less expensive) 2 queen bedroom. Unpleasant front desk staff told me that this was a “system error” and she couldn’t move the room or provide a partial refund for the overcharge. Really disappointing given my loyalty to Hilton that I need to resolve disputes with them via a credit card dispute.
