A perfect accommodation for downtown Groton as well as a short drive to the casinos!
Pros:

Location was great, facilities were good, staff was attentive. There’s coffee and tea available 24/7 too!

Cons:

Beds were adequate but not the most comfortable!

Cons:

The room for the pool was 96 degrees. It seemed like the AC wasn’t working and it was uncomfortably hot in there. We couldn’t stay in the room for longer than a few minutes.

Terrific location and terrific stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The mini cheese omelettes were wonderful and my sister had a delicious waffle. And the staff were wonderful. Kareem was on the Front desk when we arrived early and he arranged early check in for us with for a small additional cost: $35.--. The early check in was very helpful since it gave is a chance to freshen up before going to a lengthy Memorial Service in Westerly, RI followed by a family reception.

Disappointing and paid for 2 rooms and only used for 12 hours because rooms weren’t ready until 9pm. !

Reeked of smoke, someone had smoked in room the night before and set off sprinklers. Front desk guy seemed indifferent. Told us there were no adjoining rooms but one of our groups rooms was an adjoining and
the family on the other side of the door checked in at same time as us. Could have easily swapped rooms!

Overpriced at $300/night. Hotel appears old and stuffy. Would be okay at $100-$125/night.

We stayed for about 14 days and after a while it felt like home. Hospitality/employees became like family to me.
Pros:

I liked the small gym, pool, breakfast, lobby space, and location. A lot of the stores we needed to go to were super close. It felt like everything was close by.

Cons:

Elevator would make an interesting noise when it would begin to stop.
