Very good location near the University of Washington and the Light rail station. Quiet and nice view of street with some restaurants. Comfortable bed and good bath tab.
This is an old (historical) hotel in the U-district. The room telephone was broken and no refrigerator. (They took it out from the cabinet and left the cabinet empty.) I felt that it was expensive. They charge $15 for us to use at the coffee shop, regardless we use or not. If you don't use it, you will just lose $15 for nothing. I would rather not to be charged without choice. I felt "expensive" for these reasons. I would choose other places next time, probably.
Beautiful but lacks basic maintenance.
Stayed here with my fiance for valentines day. One of the two elevators were working which gave us long lines for the elevator sharing it with the restaurant patrons and housekeeping staff.
Hot water was not available during our entire stay.
The air quality was stuffy and the vents were caked with black lint within our room and all throughout the hotel.
The staff was nice and the atmosphere was beautiful but they need to put alot more emphasis on maintenance, especially for an old building like this.
I loved the friendly staff, and the view at the Mountaineer Club (Rooftop Bar)! This boutique hotel is so beautiful!
The heater/air conditioner wasn't working well.
breakfast was crummy. Didn't provide one
everything
Breakfast??? There was a coffee shop downstairs
Having to use my shoulder to get the door to open. Per staff instructions. Having to tug hard to open it to get out which worked since there in no safety latch or double bolt it once inside.
This was a retro style Hilton property. Really nice decor, fairly clean but food options were horrible with really just a connecting coffee shop to eat at. Staff were kind and helpful, only valet parking for $55 a night I believe it was as well. Better choices near by.
Proximity to a concert venue and restaurants and rooftop bar
It was very good all around
Location and staff!
Shower was awful. Room glass was so dirty you could barely see through. Kind if defeats the room with a view cost
I hardly ever bother with bad reviews but this was too much. Reserved through their website and paid extra to get a higher Seattle city view room and at check in was “upgraded” to larger room without asking, which looked northeast away from city over not good area. No coffee makers in room, just instant and a hot pot, Toilet didn’t flush on day one and they fixed it while I was out, but stopped working again and when I went out on day three asked to be fixed while I was out all day, not fixed, so no toilet in room morning of final day and had to use lobby. At checkout insult to injury $15 per day plus tax for mandatory “destination fee” put on my card without prior notice. At this price Hilton should do better.
Location is great as we were right across the street from our destination, the Neptune theater. The staff was very friendly too.
Wish the rooms included a refrigerator. The bathroom was very tight though adequate.
It is a wonderful building. very well decorated and very clean.
Coffee pot advertised for rooms that weren't there and not provided. air conditioning also turned off so only open windows on busy loud street for keeping the room cool. No WiFi for two days stay.
