Southwest Portland convenience
Pros:

Recently updated, very fresh and clean. Inches from I-5, earplugs at bedside helopa lot with road noise. Pretty handy to 2 major roadways. I-5 and 217 which takes you to Beaverton area and up to Hwy 26bthat goes out to the coast. For convenience we would stay here again.

Would highly recommend for a short stay for traveling/visiting if you are not planning on staying at a local or them
Pros:

Very clean and attentive staff. Great location for food and shopping

Cons:

Noise from the freeway is loud however they provide complimentary ear plugs which is amazing

The room was great, actually one of the best I experienced. The staff was great. Breakfast was OK for me but I don’t eat breakfast. If you are breakfast lovers it will be very disappointing experience.

There is no real security. The guys from the front desk are sometimes in the back room so everyone can come in. I didn’t feel safe enough to leave my laptop in the room so I had to carry it all the time.

The worst is the noise 24/7 noisy. Very noisy. So noisy that they put earplugs in the room. This must be stated in the hotel advertisement. If I knew it in advance I wouldn’t book with them.

A LAKE OSWEGO JEWEL OF AN INN!
Pros:

I''m a frequent guest of Best Western, Lake Oswego & consider it a gem of a property.
The friendly, well-trained staff brings me back again & again. Love the warm indoor pool & fitness center & newly upgraded rooms. They do a nice breakfast as well & suites are fairly priced.

Not the worst I have been in, but not what its advertised as.
Pros:

We liked the location.

Cons:

The bed sheets had stains like they were reused in our room. Along with clumps of hair in our shower drain that wasn’t cleaned. The guy at the front desk is not personable, dry and very socially awkward. We were happy to have breakfast in the morning but since only 1 person is doing it alone, most of the food was empty and took a long time to fill up.
