Wicked Wyndham in Selma
Pros:

The parking lot was a benefit if you’re on the ground level!

Cons:

The staff was lazy, too laid back! The tub water went out all of 20+ minutes, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, asked for clean towels at 9:30am after their so called breakfast with 2 bananas, a few apple and grape juices, coffee was almost gone because workers were coming in hogging it up, the room wasn’t clean upon arrival! All these things were told from the beginning the only thing that was resolved was the toilet, we just got towels 10 hours later after my husband went up to the office because I was over the entire stay! We leave in the AM! Farewell Selma and this room! Oh, from out of town too and most Wyndham are nice and the staff too! Clean your rooms, tubs, toilets and get that lump sided king bed out and upgrade your business!!!! Do Better!!!

A bad hotel, bad location off a busy main street, it was dirty. The staff were incredibly rude.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff were extremely rude. The room was dirty. When I brought the issue to them, they were very unprofessional and kept talking over me and walking away. The woman was very nasty. Overall just a horrible experience and I will never stay here again and would not recommend that anyone go there.

Went down after viewing the room she said they only had one house keeper today and didn’t know the room hadnt been clean

The appearance was ok but everything in the inside was the worse experience I ever had to live thru with a hotel this far

The staff was mean and rude didn’t get finished with my questions about my stay before she hung up rushing the call Called back because me and my family was on our way to visit family for the weekend Booked over a week ago she confirmed my name and how many beds get there ask to see the room first get n there shits blankets and all off the bed dirty towels the room never had been cleaned for the day

The location was perfect for our gatherings

Cons:

The rags and towels were not clean in the bathroom they were as if they were just used with dirt marks on all of them and it took an hour to replace them.

I had requested a handicap ass room. I did get a room on first floor .wasn't the king I booked and the double beds were full size..Floor needed cleaning bad but other than that the price was good

Pros:

The staff are very nice and understanding Always treated me and my pet with respect I'll be in Selma for 5 months and I'll spend every night at the Baymont hotel. Very quiet, clean and home feeling rooms. Want to say a special thank you to management

I’ll find a better location next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The jelly for toast was hard as a rock. Almost no fruit juice. One trash can that was blocked by tables.

Cons:

Was never given the wifi password. Tv did not work and was told a maintenance man would be sent. That never happened. The night clerk was rude. Noise outside was awful. Laughing, shouting, car alarms.
