Five stars on paper, but a ten-star experience in every way.

If you're looking for a hotel that truly redefines luxury, the JW Marriott is in a league of its own. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're treated like a VIP. Every detail, every interaction, and every corner of the hotel reflects a level of service that honestly deserves more than five stars.

The staff were exceptional. You expect great service from a five-star hotel, but the team here consistently went above and beyond. Every request was met with genuine warmth and a smile—we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone.

When we entered our room, we were welcomed with a beautiful arrangement of chocolate-covered strawberries in perfect condition, along with a handwritten welcome letter. It was such a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home.

Our room was immaculate and matched the photos exactly—no surprises, only pleasant ones. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need: a comfortable sitting area, a huge walk-in shower, a relaxing bathtub, a large vanity with plenty of space to get organized, a great coffee machine, large smart TVs, and more than enough power outlets for all of our devices.

Storage was excellent, with plenty of closet space, and the desk was perfect for getting some work done without feeling cramped.

Housekeeping deserves special recognition. Our room was cleaned to perfection every single day. Everything was spotless, neatly arranged, and felt as fresh as when we first arrived.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The architecture, interior design, and attention to even the smallest details make it a pleasure simply to walk around and explore.

Another huge advantage is that everything you might need is right there: several excellent restaurants, stylish bars, a pharmacy, a barber shop, laundry services, and even an on-site casino for those who enjoy it.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
