ok, clean comfortable room, wouldn't stay again, poor value for money.

Cons:

I had a room with a door that connected to another room. It was locked, but the noise from guests through the door was annoying. Not what I expected for the cost.

Breakfast wasn't so nice, stale pastry, horrible beans and sausages.

Pool wasn't nice, had to walk upstairs (very slippy) in swimming outfit, small pool busy with swim lessons, many spectators made me uncomfortable, couldn't find the sauna or steamroom.

Our check-in was handled by an incompetent and arrogant staff member. Due to his colossal incompetence, three people had to intervene during checkout, wasting 50 minutes of our time. On top of that, it was my birthday, yet they didn't comp us even one of the 16 paid breakfasts or offer any special treatment, despite me bringing 8 guests to this hotel. I've received far better, more classy service at 4 star properties. I expected much more from this place. What a disappointment. Won't be back.
