La ubicación y buena atención de todo el personal.

Super Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Die Lage Mitten in Istanbul ist super. Trotzdem sehr leise. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Riesen Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet

Istanbul is a friendly exciting and historical city that everyone should try to visit.
Pros:

Hotel Nena is located in the fantastic area of Sultanahmet, they offer a complimentary breakfast included in the price. It's very close to the tram network and major sightseeing areas. The staff were excellent, especially Aziz and Erkan, who were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel and its facilities were of a high standard.
The rooms were clean and tidy.

Cons:

My only advice is to be aware when signing up for tours on arrival. We were not clearly informed that extra costs, such as attraction tickets and meals, were not included in the already quite high price. Also, the tour was mainly a walking tour rather than a vehicle-based tour.
