Hotel elegante, bem cuidado, muito agradável e com mobiliário confortável.
Efetivo educado e muito atencioso em orientar os hospedes, sugerindo atrações e passeios.
Quarto, não muito espaçoso, mas com limpeza adequada, cama confortável e bem climatizado. Banheiro com instalações perfeitas e toalhas ideais.
Oferece um café da manhã maravilhoso e variado que recomendo muito.
Boa Localização, perto das principais atrações da cidade, faz-se tudo a pé, e ainda com opções de mercado, restaurantes, lojas próximos, na rua principal.
Conectividade à internet com bom sinal.
Voltando a Istambul, voltaria a me hospedar lá.

The location is very convenient if you plan to make the most iconic places in Istanbul.
Personnel is always willing to help, correct and very respectful. They had given very good insights about places to shop, restaurants and places to visit.
Our room was a standard which is a very small room for two.
Honestly, can’t say enough good things about Hotel Nena! The vibe here is great, but what really made our trip was the staff. The reception crew was incredibly friendly and always super welcoming every time we walked through the lobby.
The biggest lifesaver, though, was on our last morning. We had a super early flight to catch and were bummed to miss breakfast, but they completely surprised us and packed a whole breakfast to go. It was such a thoughtful touch and made a stressful travel morning so much easier.
If you're visiting Istanbul, definitely stay here. The hospitality is unmatched and they really look out for you. We’ll 100% be back!

El hotel estaba genial. muy bien situado. excelentes vistas. muy comodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirse muy confortable y bien. El.desayuno genial!!!. El personal era lo mejor. Muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder a cualquier pregunta y a recomendar. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el Nena.
Una sola cosa... y fue completamente agena al Hotel. Durante nuestra estancia habia algunas obras en el barrio por la noche. lo cual era bastante molesto por el ruido que producia. Pero como digo no era del hotel. parece que procedia de una construccion en una calle próxima
Great location…2 minutes walking from Blue Moschea 5 from Santa Sofia e 10 minutes from Grand Bazar…Tram stops in front of….Receptionist Aziz was really friendly and helpful…he suggested goods restaurants and arranged a good airport transfer
..he made our stay very comfortable and easy..we suggest this hotel …ps….at least but not the last we found here a very good Breakfast

Modern hotel very close to main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet! Amazing breakfast (special thanks for amazing coffee and cheesecake 🤍).. Team is really welcoming and friendly, helped me with my broken luggage, I appreciate your help so much! Also I must note that even though there are plenty of mosques around, it was really quiet at night and early mornings.
