Comfortable
Price too high
When we got to the hotel, the Front Desk was very nice and helpful didn’t had any problems checking in to our room .We went up to our room. As we opened the door and went in the room it was nice and clean even the restroom was real clean .There bed was so clean and comfortable .the next morning there breakfast was good and hot
Very disappointed that we were lied to. 1 week before our trip we were told our 2 double rooms would be upgraded to jr suites. Instead we were given rooms with one bed and a flimsy uncomfortable sofa bed without proper sheets. I'm pretty sure they did this to accommodate others instead of taking care of loyal guests. We've stayed in jr suites at this property before and these were not jr suites. If they were they were horrible replacements for what we had originally reserved for..That's how they treat Diamond Select members. You dropped the ball. Next time do better with others because we're staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. But I'm pretty sure you don't care

A Little more variety would be great and sometimes the serving dishes were low or empty.
I was in Texas for some medical procedures across the border in Mexico. The staff was very accommodating and offered advice for places to eat and possible entertainment while I was in town. After my first day's procedure, I was recovering in my room on pain meds and antibiotics until my trip home. The maid service team worked around me, providing towels and toiletries as I needed them. Only negative mention would be the water. it smelled like rotten eggs. I've been in the Plumbing business for 45 years and told them what their issue was and the manager said he would address it. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and plan to for my follow up visit in February 2027.
The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to restaurants and the border. It was extremely clean, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The parking lot was well lit. I didn't worry about my vehicle being safe. The hotel is new, clean, and inviting. Even the ice machine worked!
