Very friendly, front desk, excellent and accommodating. Great location.
Pros:

I booked the property the day before I had to fly out, cause I couldn’t find out of the hotels for a conference in San Diego. This was available through a third-party booking. It was last minute, but I know the brand and it was a was an expectation that I was looking for.

Cons:

Everything was great

The pool was just not ready yet, but I think it’s because it was the season

Good location, not the best hotel
Cons:

Sheets were dirty, had to request change. They offered to have a breakfast bag ready for our early departure, but none of the morning staff knew anything about it.

Very nice, staff was very helpful and if they couldn’t help they were very apologetic.
Pros:

The location was great. We didn’t have to rent a car. We were able to walk to restaurants and to events. We called for uber when we needed to go any distance.

Cons:

The only bad part was a little noise from the trains and city fire station. But we did get used to it and barely heard it by the end of our stay.

Right in front of an active railroad. Constant train noise. Housekeeping did not come by to collect trash or replace towels.

It was a great visit to San Diego with a perfect location and a nice hotel.
Pros:

Love the location and breakfast was great

Cons:

Parking was not good. Several people double parked and I almost didn’t have anywhere to park when I returned to the hotel
