Convenient clean prperty for a pre cruise stay.
Pros:

Efficient staff and clean property. They had a room ready for an early check in since our flight had changed from late check in to early check in. Close to the cruise port.

Not as good as the Hampton at Sea Workd
Pros:

Cons:

TV asked for help no one can. Husband checked hours later said no spare TVs and would send someone who never came. Given room at first that wasn’t ready had to change rooms to a room with a wall outside for what we paid should have at least had a view

MUY BUENA UBICACION
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, muy cerca del aeropuerto y a unos pasos caminando de la estación del tranvia de la ciudad. Las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones, aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien y la temeratura del agua con un regulador muy bueno

La actitud de algunos empleados, y la poca variación en el desayuno

One evening my partner and I were asleep when we were woken by continuous knocking on the door - it took us a minute to wake up and realise it’s actually at our door before we walked over. At which point we could see a man stood outside through the peephole (no logo/badge or obvious hotel uniform to indicate he works there) as we were about to answer he started to move around his keys and presumably was about to let himself in. With no clear signs that he was staff this of course spooked us a little, it turned out he was supposed to be delivering someones request for soap. While we understand that these mix up with room numbers can happen staff definitely need to make themselves more known and certainly shouldn’t allow themselves in if there’s no response when it’s late at night and it’s very likely that guests would be in bed.
