Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and healthy ones as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom well stocked with shampoos and other products. Front desk staff were very helpful. Snack options available for purchase throughout the day by the front desk. Location was very good. A two minute walk to the waterfront or little Italy.

Cons:

Main door access was limited to cars key only which made checking in difficult a we didn’t have a key!

Under Renovation, but they won't say it
Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel. They aren't transparent on the website, but it is under major renovation. It says that the pool and fitness center are closed for maintenance, but they are actually closed because the whole floor is under renovation. They are not being transparent about the situation, so I would strongly caution against staying here, unless you want to take the gamble.

This hotel has pros and cons
Pros:

The hotel has a convenient location near the waterfront and tourist attractions as well as close to the cruise terminal. The beds are comfortable and they were updating some of the rooms while we were there (it would have been nice to inform us before our arrival or discount our room - but that never happened). The bad part about this hotel is there are 4 train tracks directly behind the hotel and all night long you'll hear the trains (one even with a LOUD air horn), and the crossing bells. It can get annoying and if you are a light sleeper - good luck. We asked to have a room towards the front of the hotel so we could be as far from the tracks but with the noises as loud as they are it really did not make that much of a difference. There is a Wyndam hotel down the block which is farther from the tracks that you might want to consider as I assume their rooms rates might be similar.

Pros:

全客室あったかどうかは分かりませんが、バスタブが付いていたのが嬉しかったです。湯船にゆっくり浸かってすっきりしました。窓から航空機とトロリーが見えて楽しめました。無料の朝食のポークソーセージが美味しかったです。

Okey stay
Pros:

The property was located centrally to where we were headed. The breakfast was good. It has a nice pool area that would be nice in warmer weather though my digital key couldn’t open it.

Cons:

It was under construction/renovation which we didn’t know. Paint smells, odors from the elevator work (hot metal or plastic?!) were unpleasant. Our room seems to be recently updated but the bathroom door doesn’t fit back in the frame so it makes a loud noise opening and closing. The water was having issues - there seemed to be air in the line both days. None of the plug ins on the nightstand or dresser work for our electronics. Use the actual wall outlets.

Okay, but wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

I liked the proximity to Little Italy. Breakfast was always fresh with a nice variety, and free coffee was available all day, every day.

Cons:

For 3 days, there was no water for several hours. On the third day, we did not receive notice and were not able to shower before our dinner plans.
