Room had a nice view of San Francisco, and the bed was comfy.
Room was ... oddly laid out — absolutely massive bathroom (with no fan) but the door swing made the already narrow entryway into the room very cramped. Bed was also weirdly close to the wall, so 2 people in here would feel tight even though apart from that the room was of a good size?
Spacious, clean, comfortable room. There’s a super cute shopping area across the street, and a movie theater, with lots of restaurants. It’s our new go to hotel for visiting our daughter at Cal. Highly recommend and will be back.

We stayed for v
10 days and each morning woke with the itchiest bed bites, confirmed as such by physician, Mike the manager refused to acknowledge the problem, and refused us a refund. Area was creepy and will never ever ever go back. Please note, we are Sonesta gold star magnets from boston, but this hotel should be stripped of its name
Great staff, all very personable. Fantastic location! Mall with movie theaters across the street. Trader Joe's right next store in another shopping center. Easy walk to the train station was a plus. I would stay here again.
Well, I had a bay view room, but mine was only on the 4th floor, I would have preferred one further up, but such a very small complaint.
