Location
I had no idea it was under construction. I could've went to a complete hotel for that price.
Had. Coffee.was ok
The room smelled incredibly bad of some kind of cleaning product and quite sure it was to cover up smoking odors. . Room very basic at best .
Close to where I needed to be, inexpensive
Not able to regulate the heat/fan so the fan stays on so it went on and off waking us up all night.
It was not what I expected. It looked like it was being used as a homeless hotel.
Housekeeping NEVER came! Need I say more.
Coffee was ok.
That's not what you call breakfast.
Bagged muffins and those granola bars?
No, that's not breakfast.
This facility is run down. Needs a overhaul.
The one Elevator and no ice machine.
Location - it was very convenient, and having a kitchen in the room.
Not throughly cleaned room and towels. Also, they didn't have good soap nor shampoo that made good bubbles.
Key got disabled and had to be re-set
Place was clean and 1 housekeeper that helped me with my door was very pleasant.
Everything else!!! Every other staff member was extremely unpleasant and argued Every thing i said. Including the manager who i only heard say hello once on speaker phone because she literally would not speak to me. I walked into a room that looked nothing like the pictures on the booking site. The stove didn't work and there were no plates dishes pots and pans or utensils. The temperature controls didn't work properly, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold, no in between. I attempted to call the front desk several times but it rang about 9 or 10 times and then connected me to their corporate booking department. They didn't know why that happened so I asked to be connected to the complaints department. He put me on hold. The hold music literally put me to sleep and when I woke up 2 hours later I was still on hold and my son confirmed for me that no one had ever picked up. I tried the front desk again and finally got someone on the phone who argued with me about the kitchen equipment that they don't have enough to stock every room and they are available on a first come first serve basis. I then went down to the front desk to inform them that if they couldn't provide the basic services implied on their website i did not intend to stay there and would like my money back. She did not seem to know how to handle this most basic of requests and contacted her manager. After speaking to her manager on the phone for a few minutes she informed me that since I had stayed there for more than 3 hours I would have to pay for a full day and would only be refunded one of the days I had already paid for..I was not very happy with this. Keep in mind that the only reason I had been there for more than a half hour was because I could not get ahold of the front desk on the phone and had fallen asleep to their hold music. After much back and forth I agreed to the refund of only one day.
Location was good and there were no issues with finding free parking. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did not bring a dog, but they do allow pets in this hotel and generally put guests with pets on the 2nd floor so that those without animals are on others floors and not impacted by animals or by pet dander.
The kitchen has a full small fridge, a 2 burner stove top and a low power microwave. There is no silverware, pots, pans, dishwashing soap, etc. You can request pots and pans and whatever you need for the kitchen from the front desk
Breakfast is individually packaged blueberry or chocolate muffins or cereal bars or oatmeal. They have coffee or hot water and hot chocolate mix in the lobby every morning. It was a very light breakfast and just packaged foods
The window in my room wouldn't close and there were no spare blankets in the room,
The TV had few channels (just the free ones you get locally) and the tv was old and most of the navigation options were limited as well. The picture and volume was good.
Overall the place is in need of a full refurbishing. If you sit on the toilet and look at the sink you can see black mold under the rim of the sink.
If you need new sheets or towels you need to take your dirty ones to the desk and request fresh ones, but you will need to return to the front desk later that day and pick up your fresh replacement towels/sheets.
There is a trash room on each floor where everyone on the floor brings their trash. After a week, the trash room was not emptied and all the trash cans in the trash room were overflowing. There is no recycling option.
The sink and tub need to have drain cleaner poured down them as the sink and tub don't drain well.
The closet had obviously had a door but it was missing now. All that remains is a place in the ceiling where the closet's sliding door would have been. The dresser drawers should have been vacuumed out after the previous tenant, but were not so had some dirt, dust etc.
There was a winter storm during my stay and the parking lot was not plowed. The snow and ice on the sidewalk was not shoveled. Some salt was put down, but not enough to make a difference.
Staying here reminds me of the motels you find on the side of the highway where you stop for the night and expect a clean but no frills stay.
Location on route 1 was convenient
Reserved a queen room, received a double full size room. Beds were hard as a rock, and bed frames squeaked a lot. Room looked completely outdated and not maintained. Check in staff was sleeping in employee lounge and I waited over 30 minutes to check in. Breakfast was lukewarm hot chocolate, coffee, and thaw and serve muffins / granola bars, with a sign saying 2 per guest, be considerate.
Todo bien
El ascensor nos dejó dos veces enserado fuimos los de la habitación 328. Y si no pedimos toallas no las llevan luego de 3 días.
